Allstate Insurance: Chris Draper

Excellent customer service. Competitive rates. Ashley Sipple with the Chris Draper Agency is helpful, cheerful, efficient, and always promptly responds to questions and issues with professional competency. I would highly recommend them. I have had a great experience so far.

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt the need to here. I was with another insurance company for decades, but decided to look around after receiving a recommendation of Chris Draper’s agency. I was very pleased with the friendly and professional staff that were very responsive and enthusiastic about customizing insurance products for my needs. I have not once experienced a delay in response to my inquiries. Ultimately, at the end of the day, this agency has given me affordable yet comprehensive coverage, which is exactly what I was looking for. Give them a shot… you won’t be disappointed.

I have worked with Chris for his agency advertising and I have always had a positive experience with everyone I talk to at his office. He always returns my calls & emails promptly and I would recommend him for your insurance needs. :)

Before you decide on an insurance agent, take the time to read this review. My parents and our family have been with Allstate for over 25+ years, previously with Carl Accado, until he retired. Chris Draper took over all of Carl’s clients. Allstate is a bit on the pricy side, however, we were always satisfied with the customer service we received.
My mother began to see a lack of response from Chris Draper’s agency. She would call, leave messages without response, so she began to shop around with different insurance companies. Immediately, we were able to save a couple hundred dollars. So this is where the issues begin. She cancelled our car, home insurance. However, there were two policies for our four cars. My mother immigrated to the US from Taiwan, so while her English is not perfect, she has no issues getting a point across.
We believe, Kathy, the Allstate agent, begin to give her a hard time since we cancelled with the Chris Draper Agency. She was rude, and made a simple process extremely complicated. One of our policies was never cancelled, but she insisted that all policies were cancelled and checks refunded. It was easy for an insurance agent to pull up the two policies and from there on, it’s simple math. Kathy then sent my mom on a run around, telling her to give this number a call, telling her the checks would not arrive another 2 months, and never once apologizing for her mistake. My mom called another agent who worked there and they immediately found out one policy was never cancelled! She felt since we cancelled Kathy was giving her the hardest time possible to exact revenge. My mother felt she was treated unfairly and filed a complaint against Allstate and immediately a check was sent in a couple days.
I begin to see issues when I never received my renewal for my home insurance. I was without insurance for several months before I called the agent. I had to send Chris Draper 3 emails within a couple days and call the agency before Chris finally responded. His team did take care of me right away, but this left a sour taste.
I also decided to cancel my homeowners insurance due to the unfair treatment my mother received. I emailed him giving him the reason why I cancelled and was quite surprised to see the feedback he gave me. He was sarcastic and obviously didn’t care about how his customers felt. Chris Draper believed we «misunderstood» Kathy when presented the details. He said Kathy would never do that! And she has over 25+ years experience. So what are you saying, she’s either incompetent or she knew exactly what she was doing?! He actually even said, «I hope you don’t have any future concerns or complaints with anyone due to miscommunication!
Save yourself the time! As a business owner accountability is crucial. And it is obvious Chris Draper and his team has none. Not returning emails and phone calls is just the tip of the iceberg. I won’t go as far to say this is racially motivated, but it sure does feel like it. You can’t justify the extreme premiums you are paying for the customer service Chris Draper provides.

They saved me a lot of money on my auto and homeowners insurance. I was amazed. My homeowners was knocked down 50%, and the auto was so much lower, I was able to afford to put our second car back on full coverage. Thanks guys!
