Ditta Stephen A OD

Ok so the doctor himself is amazing. Awesome guy with a huge heart. The staff however… today I had to take my special needs daughter to Texas Children’s Hospital. I cannot drive without corrective lenses so I needed an emergency pair of contacts. The front staff refused to give me an emergency pair because they wanted me to schedule another appointment for a checkup (100 some odd dollars) EVEN THOUGH my contact lenses I had were working JUST FINE. I agreed to even schedule one next week if I had to, to get my contacts today but they refused. I asked to speak to the Dr, but they made excuses. The girl on the phone talked to me in a Demeaning manner like I was stupid. There used to be an older lady there that was petite and very sweet-​I wish she was still there. When my contacts tore she had no problem selling me a new pair. Unfortunately I have chosen to discontinue my services with them and I REALLY hope Dr. Ditta changes his staff back to people who CARE instead of trying to make $$$$$
