I don’t go anywhere else since moving to Texas last November. The ladies are so sweet there. My nails always look great!

Let me start off by saying that I love how my nails turn out when I get them done here. They look pretty good and they have a wide variety of shellac and acrylic colors, which is great! So ultimately, the product is great.
But… On several occasions, they sneakily charge me or whoever I’m with for extra things without notice. For example, I went with my mom and she asked for the price of shellac and I think it was like $ 22. She decided she wanted French shellac and near the end of her manicure she was offered a sparkly top coat (which she hadn’t asked for originally)… They ended up charging her for the French tips and the sparkly top coat, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but they should let you know of these charges beforehand.
Their nail techs are not the friendliest, but at the end of the day, I’m their to get my nails done. Not to make friends. But if that matters to you, take note.

Great quality of work, clean salon. I never feel like I am being rushed through services. Techs are detailed oriented and take pride in their work.

I came here for the first time the other day since it is near my house. The inside is nice and the reception area was very welcoming and helpful. The lady that did my nails (Holly) did not seem to be in a great mood. The only conversation she had with me was telling me she could do shellac at least three times. I did not ask for shellac but had I wanted it I would have def said so. Other than that prob one of the fastest manicures I have ever experienced. She was rough and not paying attention while doing the clean up so I have a cut right above my cuticle. I wish nail salons would spend a little more time on customer service and less time trying to up sell me.

Very very pleased with this salon! Friendly staff, clean, not a long wait. Most importantly the results are beautiful. No breaking, chipping or cracking after two weeks time with acrylics and I am hard on my nails!
Highly recommend!

Prices are decent and great color selection but my shellac manicure has those transparent brush stroke spots… idk if it’s because it was put on too thick or the bottle was old, but it’s disappointing. My husband was wanting a pedicure too but by the time they called him I was already finished so he passed. It was packed with high school girls so that wasn’t pleasant. It was not relaxing and I felt rushed and unimportant.

This is the only place I go to get my nails or toes done. Ann has been doing my nails for 3 years now and has always done an amazing job. They are always friendly and know me by name.

I love this place! it is right by my house and never overly busy. they have great color selections and the price is great for the service. I have never left here unhappy with my nails at all. the staff is great !

The facility is nice and the color choices are decent. But they only put one coat on their examples, so the finished color on your nail looks different from the color on the sample. And I have been going to this salon for 2 years and they still do not know my name. The young lady at the front desk is very nice, but the rest of the staff is unfriendly, sometimes rude, and they constantly talk in Vietnamese. It makes you feel very uncomfortable.

Today was my first visit. It is much larger than it appears from the street. There is a large room dedicated for pedicures with state of the art chairs. I had the Eva Pedicure. It was very relaxing. Kim provided the service and she was very nice and did a great job she even massaged my shoulders while I dried. My only complaint is the lack of selection of polish. The polish looks old and thinned. I will probably bring my own next time but I will come back

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The only nail shop I’ve been going to since it has opened. They always do a wonderful job on my nails & eyebrow wax. The staff is really friendly — they offer you a complimentary drink (wine, soda, or water) and on days that they’re not busy, they massage you while you wait for your nails to dry. The interior of the place is really nice as well, I love their diamond inspired walk way and the hand-​painted murals. If you haven’t tried this place out, you should! They are great! Would rate this place 5 stars every time I visit!

Will never go here again. Waited 40 mins (had an appt at 11 am) didn’t start service until 11:40. Just kept saying that it’ll be alright. No, it won’t be alright:(

On my third visit I’ve decided to review and this place has yet to improve. The business is always clean but that’s the only positive I’ve found. The staff are never friendly which is the least you’d expect. The color choices are very limited, not to mention old and clumped. And the work itself has been fairly sloppy.

Alright, so this is a review based on my personal experience. I’m sure if I went on a different day and had a different nail technician, things would have gone a lot smoother. First off, the nail salon is very nice, clean, and they offer a wide variety of polish colors and powder colors. But boy did my nail tech have it out for my poor fingers! I have never EVER complained about being cut or not liking my nails EVER. This lady just about cut the tip of my pinky finger off! I yanked my hand away and she apologized, but then it started bleeding and she offered nothing to apply pressure to it. All I wanted was a paper towel or something… Nothing! Then this crazy torturess sprayed alcohol on it! Holy eff! I ripped my hand away and yelled «OW!» and she ran off! She didn’t come back for 5 minutes… By this time I’m pissed, but I maintained my composure. She returned to add a design to my nail and she couldn’t execute a simple geometric design. I was floored. I went home after paying full price (for what? I came there to pay for relaxation and I definitely wasn’t relaxed) and painted over the hideous design. Overall I had a horrible experience here… Maybe I’ll return one day but I highly doubt it.
