Spring RV and Boat Storage

Rented a storage building from them for years. They moved us not at our request to a new unit. They then removed some of the units to add on buildings and did not rebuild the unit correctly. We came back to collect our belongings and the ceiling had fell down, rats had taken over, you could see the sun thru the ceiling and excessive amounts of water damaged with water standing in the unit had resulted due to negligence of the storage company. We had a representative come out to view the damage and agreed that it was due to the storage unit not being repaired correctly. Contacted them several times will not return our calls. It damaged 5k in items stored and some that can never be replaced. Last ditch effort was to talk to the owner. He said call a lawyer! We had requested they refund one year of rent. This is not even close to the value of what was damaged.
