Absolutely filthy disgusting inside. Went in and waited for almost a minute for the manager to come over and see us, the entire time we are standing there watching him look up at us a few times from his cell phone as he was busy playing a game on it. When the waiter came over we noticed that he was filling his bowl to have his lunch, which I can fully understand, but they should’ve had a second waiter taking care of customers so he could eat his own food. Then we got our bowl and went up to the serving stations and there was food everywhere. All over the countertop all of the floors everywhere walked over to where the salsas and that sauce was splattered everywhere. It look like a bunch a five-year-old to come in there and played, meanwhile no one bothered to clean anything up. The manager had no time to see this, and Shirley had no time to clean the place up. We went back to the front and said never mind we are not going to eat here it is too dirty and all he could say was yeah yeah yeah. I told him take a little more. Time cleaning up and taking care of customers and all he could repeat was yeah yeah yeah. We will never be back to this place as now we are afraid of what we didn’t see before if it is this dirty out in the open what were we missing behind the scenes. Filthy disgusting nasty… Close this place down Tomball can do a whole lot better

Escolar + House Fried Rice was great! I highly recommend the House Fried Rice. Easily enough for 2 people. About ten minutes to cook everything up and prepare the Sushimi.

First time visiting this restaurant however I have been to other Mongolian stir fry restaurants. This location was in a newer strip mall and had a new feeling and décor. Plenty of seating, tables and booths. Tables are not on top of each other and the noise level is low and let’s you have a conversation without yelling. Staff was very friendly from the greeter at the door to the wait staff and also the cooks. My wife and I both did the Mongolian stir fry and all the ingredients appeared fresh. I always mix protein so chicken, beef, shrimp, fish and pork. I get all kinds of veggies and season and sauce before giving to chef to cook. We also ordered a to go item for a friend and the menu have all kind of choices. Price was good and service was fast. It was Friday 6;30 and I got a table with ing minutes and served within 3 – 5 minutes after handing food to chef to cook. I highly recommend everyone trying this place.

First time being here after a lonnnng time of searching of a good dive to grab sushi I only happened to come here cuz I just got out of work and had only drunk a glass of chocolate milk and some Arnold Palmer and some amaricano. You could say I was starving. Anyhow, the prices were reasonable: On average the rolls were 6 pieces ranging from $ 4.95 — $ 7. Special rolls(8 pieces) were averaging $ 6 – 10.95. I ordered the lunch special which contained 2 regular rolls of your choice plus miso or salad. I chose the miso soup and it tasted awesome! Had seaweed and tofu and they used white miso paste! I also chose Alaskan Roll and Crunchy Roll. Both were phenomenal and the salmon tasted relatively good — it had good texture and a nice bite to it. Not mushy like the other places I’ve been to. — — — – My only pet peeve was that the rice was undercooked. It distracted my palate from enjoying the sushi since I could feel each grain of rice(ok, a bit exaggerated but that’s how it felt like). They used

Loved the stir fry. I liked choosing my own ingredients. The sushi was good too. I will definitely be returning soon.

It really is Supper Yummy. We had rice bowls and a crunchy roll. It was very good. Service was good too! A recommend in my book. Lots of options for all. I had a mix of Mongolian and dragon sauce on my bowl. Perfect.

This is the third time I’ve tried this place and I doubt I will be going back. I have never tried their stir fry, so I can’t say anything about that, but their sushi is overpriced for what you get. There are plenty other places in the area that you can get great sushi for the same price. Also– although I’ve never dined inside(only pick up), I have had different experiences with the staff. Some are extremely nice and others have been very rude(especially management). Will not be going back.

I’d give them 3.5 stars, since the sashimi was the star of the show and is a great value. We came because friends had told us the sushi was very reasonably priced. Of course we were hungry, so we ordered the bowls too. There are 10 bowls which they will make for you, for around $ 9 or 10. We chose the tomball seafood and the Mongolian bowl. If you want to make a bowl yourself at the counter you will pay an extra $ 1. Sashimi sampler — 16 pieces of chefs choice sushi, but I requested to choose my own fish and they let me! Again, this was a great value and fish tasted as fresh as most sushi restaurants in Houston. All the fish was the appropriate temperature and tasted really good to my surprise. My favorite was probably the fresh salmon and the white tuna. Mongolian bowl — contains chicken, beef and shrimp with angel hair pasta and some veggies. Mine contained an abundance of chicken, not much shrimp and even less beef. This wasn’t at all spicy and was ok… but I wouldn’t even order it again. Tomball Seafood bowl — more of an Asian style bowl, with udon noodles, mussels, shrimp, squid and jalapenos. I think I saw an oyster in there too… a little spicy but I still wouldn’t order this again either. Next time I’ll skip the bowls and order 2 sashimi plates. These are a steal and come with steamed rice and seaweed salad. Service was good and the restaurant has a good modern atmosphere.

Super Yummy is where good fresh food meets friendly customer service. I’ve been there twice and plan on going a million more times.

My significant other went today with his friend and they had a chef salad and a patty melt. Apparently the patty melt was presented with sprinkle cheese no grilled onions and no sauce. To me that sounds like a dry burger not a delicious patty melt. Of course he’s not the type to say anything so that’s where I come in. Also said his friend got a chef salad and the presentation was below par and the ham looked like ripped up lunch meat. For $ 25 it really should be something to want to talk about to others to bring new business. This clearly was not chat worthy except on Unilocal to give this thumbs down review! Step it up guys!

Once you figure out how to order you good and do the prep work, you can’t go wrong here. Great food, staff and the owner/manager work hard to keep it running smoothly.

I’ve been here multiple times and this place never disappoints me. The food and service is wonderful. Service: they come quick and they are very kind. They make sure you got everything you need. Stir-fry: Absolutely delicious! There are a lot of selections. You got your meat, seafood, vegetables, and seasonings. Sushi: I’ve tried so many rolls here, but my favorite is the spicy salmon roll. Sushi is usually quick for me because I come during the day. This place is busy every lunch time and dinner time! It’s the perfect place to go for lunch when you’re in a rush! Just make a stir-fry, order your drink and you’re done! Great place. :)

Great sushi for a very reasonable price! The staff was attentive and quick. Loved their selection of sushi rolls — a nice combination of staples combined with their own creative combinations! We have only eaten sushi here so I cannot comment on the stir-fry. Great place, we will be back!

While very similar to the Wacky Mongolian Grill over at Kuykendahl &2920, there are some differences in the selection to build your own bowls. One thing my friend really missed was they don’t have the peas & carrots. Also I don’t know if it’s their sauces are weaker, or the cook didn’t do something right but neither of our bowls had much flavor despite a full cup of our usual sauce choices. Also my friend gave the cook his tray first, but somehow I got my food way before him. In fact the waiter disappeared and eventually my friend went up to counter to find his food sitting there. We were going to order some potstickers too, but the waiter kept ignoring us until right before we got our food… oh well… It was *okay*… But considering wacky mongolian is closer to our house we’ll probably be going their instead. Sometimes you try a new place and it’s great, sometimes it’s just meh… On the plus side, the place was clean and nice inside.

Super Yummy is definitely super yummy! :) I have been there several times and never had a dish I didn’t enjoy, not to mention that prices are great — especially their lunch specials! Service is also great, sushi is delicious and their coconut sorbet is the best!

Services was very quick and friendly. Great for lunch hour! Not as many veggie options as some of the chain Mongolian grills but still delicious!

Been here a handful of times now, and we usually just order the sushi, and have gotten the sweet and sour chicken, which is to die for!!! I hear the build your own bowls are delicious too!!! We have ordered many of the rolls and have NEVER been disappointed in any of them, you really can go wrong with anything you order here.

Great food and fantastic service! I love the fact that we have a great sushi bar and stir fry place locally. They mix everything well and the selection of ingredients is enough to satiate any hunger pains you may have.

I absolutely love that they added this place to Tomball! It was highly needed! I’ve already eaten there about 10 times in less then 6 months and I’ve only had bad service once when my waiter forgot to bring me my bowl. I saw it sitting for over 5 mins. He brought my boyfriends but just ignored mine. When the manager finally brought it, it was cold to the touch. I complained and they re heated it and didn’t charge for the bowl. I’ve been in the«industry» for years so I have different expectations but I still love this place because I know that one person who messed up isn’t going to make the whole place bad. It is very spacious and just a great atmosphere, other then cold, I’ve never had my food taste bad. Always fresh even when I order sushi! Forsure a must go!
