History

Texstar Alarm Systems is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston with an A+ rating. We are a family owned business.

Our monitoring is provided either through Central Security Group in Tulsa (for our standard 36 month agreements), or Dispatch Center in San Antonio (for shorter term agreements). Both stations have excellent response times and are UL listed. In fact, Texstar Alarms is Central Security’s oldest dealer in the U.S. Central Security is currently the 9^th largest residential alarm monitoring company in the U.S.

Texstar has been dedicated to providing first class professional service to all of our customers for over 10 yrs.

We are able to offer our customers flexible contract terms. Of course the shorter monitoring agreements will have more upfront costs than our traditional 3 year agreements.

In addition, we do not employ the high pressure sales tactics that many of our competitors engage in. We can often give a quote over the phone!
