The Preserve at Spring Creek

My husband and I moved to Houston from the west coast nearly a year ago without knowing a single soul. We had no friends or family to help us settle. We searched high and low, touring countless complexes. The Preserve at Spring Creek welcomed us with open arms.
My first point of contact with the Preserve was through Kira Badaloni. She was not only informative; she was a friendly face and was there for me every step of the way. From my first phone call, she walked me through the process, gave us the tour, and kept in contact for the weeks ensuing our move in. And when we finally moved into our place, she was right there assisting with all the paperwork, utilities/​internet options and gave us wonderful insights to our new community. She possesses superb service and exceptional communication — making our admission flawless. She is an asset to The Preserve at Spring Creek.
I found that the Preserve is a family community. The front office staff is wholly accommodating and so welcoming. The maintenance crew is stellar! They are very patient and willing to help out whenever we have any questions or concerns. My neighbors are absolutely wonderful; it truly feels like family here.
The amenities are utterly unparalleled! If you love grilling as much as I do — this is the place for you! Not only can watch TV while grilling on one of their MANY state of the art grills, you can host parties in luxury with two huge pools and side cabanas on either side of the grills. The game room is awesome and the gym is one of the biggest and best we’ve ever seen! And the complex is kept very clean and reasonably quiet; this truly is a luxury apartment complex in our little oasis of an area.
And because we are centrally located in our «goldilocks» area, we are literally next door to The Woodlands, minutes from Spring and a hop and a skip away from downtown Tomball.
At the end of the day, though, we can retreat to our resort like apartment. We are truly honored and privileged to not only call the Preserve our family, but we get to call it home too!

Upscale apartments that I enjoyed. I had a fairly decent experience here besides the fact that I had a ridiculous balance at move out. I didn’t get a call or email back. Phone line never works now that they have a new management. I mean besides the fact that you had to pay a $ 500 pet deposit, they had the nerve to charge $ 350 for carpet cleaning, painting, etc. Isn’t that something you do for every new tenant before they move in? And while staying here my puppy got attacked by a very aggressive 100lb dog owned by another tenant. They should really interview every dog before accepting them in. Overall, this is a very nice apartment that I enjoyed staying at. It’s quiet and away from the city.

We moved in right as the management was changing. I was nervous about this as part of the reason we choose this complex was because of the friendly staff and the relaxed upscale atmosphere. The apartments have great space with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The pools and cabana area are always clean. Our maintenance team is incredibly responsive and kind. The new office management is great. Lauren the manager is very kind and accommodating. Kierra and Tonya are both cheerful and attentive. All of our neighbors are really nice. We don’t have issues with theft and vandalism like you see in some apartments. There is a great mix of ages and my kids have made tons of friends. Oh and no fighting for parking! I hadn’t lived in an apartment since college and don’t regret for a second choosing the Preserve.
