I spoke with A LOT of florists before my wedding and was given so many outrageous quotes. Flowers by Addalia was great — they were affordable and Linda (don’t be alarmed by her lack of warm and fuzziness) knew exactly what I wanted just based on conversations. I was amazed by the beauty of my centerpeices, ceremony flowers and bouquets. They truly did a fabulous job.

I called them and a lady answered my call right away. She apologized and assured me that they will send a new bouquet to my friend. The lady was very nice and I appreciated the quick response. My friend did receive the bouquet though it wasn’t exactly like the one online but I hope it was better than the first. 3 Stars for quick response and fixing the issue.
