Garden State Music Center is an all-​in-​one location for your instrument and musical needs. Since 1982, customers throughout the area have come to our Toms River music store for instruments (both for rental and for sale), instrument repairs, music lessons, instrument accessories and much more. We have a great selection of new and used wind and string instruments to rent for students — available through both our school rental programs and on an individual basis. Guitars, amps, drums and accessories round out our amazing selection of instruments for sale.

History

Established in 1983.

Garden State Music Center was opened in 1982 and is still at the same location. New owner purchased in 2006 after working with the previous owner for 25 years. The Largest Band and String Instrument Rental and Sales for Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We offer lessons on all instruments, in-​house repair shop and sales of guitars, amps, keyboards, ukulele, violin, viola, bass, saxophones, oboe, piccolo, flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombones, harmonicas, drum accessories, sheet music and more.
