I have seriously had the best service at this location and the location on Transit Rd in Lockport.
I really feel like the guys that work at this location genuinely care about providing the best service at the most reasonable prices. I never feel ripped off or over-​sold. I have recommended so many people to Pepboys and I will always a seek out a Pepboys to have my car serviced if I’m out of town.

Had an amazing experience this past weekend at this location and Pat was the reason why. I was getting brakes and new tires before leaving on a 1000 mile trip on Monday. He went out of his way to make sure the tires I wanted were delivered to the store for a Sunday installation. I had no idea what was wrong with my brakes and I was prepared for the worst. He made sure only the needed parts were replaced and the total cost came in well under the initial quote. Thank you for all your hard work Pat. I will be a loyal customer because of this experience!

Very courteous and understanding.
Had to get a state inspection done. Online appointment didn’t go through, he explained it would be best to try again tomorrow based on staffing. Done and done.
Went the next day, got it in right at scheduled time, explained what I needed done, worked with me to best fit my sleep schedule (overnight shift problems) and was very understanding to get me my car in a timely manner. Wasn’t nearly as much as I expected either.
