Raintree/​Paradise apartments the worst place to live at. Backed up toilets, Overgrown grass, AC unit never works. I was told it was not an emergency, and i had to wait till Monday for my AC to get fixed, Having small kids was not easy with a temperature almost reaching 80 degrees. Rents go up every year. You have to pay for water and electric. Dogs running around in the tennis court. I see this big black dog always at the office. I was told dogs were not allowed in the community center. Laundry card machine is always out of order. The apartments looks like projects. Pool is always closed.

Lived at Raintree for a couple of years. Gone worst from the time i had moved in.
I remember Scott as property manager, GREAT GUY. Elizabeth another good agent was very helpful. I had email James a couple of months ago regards my lease, never answered me, Had to go to the office and talk to him. The good part is I had to wait for him, while i hear him arguing with a person over the phone., Then someone else comes along to see him, starts a conversation with them, while am still waiting for almost 30 minutes. The guy walks around like he’s the owner of the place. Raintree should hire professional staff, instead of hiring a weirdo with a bun on his head.
RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF.
Moved out in June.
