White Rabbit Frozen Yogurt

Great yogurt. We love to come here for some yogurt and yummy toppings. We were the only people in the store, but the girl behind the counter was very nice and made a little conversation with us. We will definitely be here a lot during the summer.

Delicious! Outstanding service with a smile. Obviously love their customers and feel appreciated. The yogurt was just what we needed after a long day.

Who doesn’t love frozen yogurt?
White Rabbit has a really good variety of toppings and even yogurt flavors, but you have to catch them on a good day. I went last night and the worker literally told me they were «almost out of yogurt…» and that «she doesn’t know what to do when they run out» :).
We had to wait a few minutes for her to fill up the vanilla flavor because that is what we all wanted. She said because we had to wait she would give us 25% off, which was nice, but still didn’t alleviate my discomfort regarding her inability to answer our questions.
The positives about this White Rabbit are the variety of flavors, the ability to taste test, and the cleanliness of the facility. Customer service could use an improvement, but it doesn’t deter me from enjoying froyo every now and again.

This place struck me as a mediocre option for a frozen yogurt bar. Maybe I’m spoiled by all the great froyo bars we have in Cleveland, but from the moment we walked in, this one underwhelmed.
My first issue was that the times on their sign and the ones on Unilocal didn’t match. As I always do in such a case, I politely told the girl working. She looked at me like I had six heads. When I pointed out the importance of accurate listings on Unilocal,she said something about them just changing their hours in the fall. Okay… this was in December. In any case, moving on…
I’m not a fan of the places that do your samples for you. As someone with food related anxieties, it makes me very self-​conscious. It also meant that we had to wait for her to finish mopping because she had a deadline on that. Okay.
The flavors were underwhelming. The pb&j was pretty good and I ended up getting that — but I didn’t really like the others that I tried. I only got a few toppings (loved the Spanish whipped cream) but my friend who was with me would let her daughter have a number of the options because she said they didn’t look particularly fresh.
I’ll end where I began. This place seems like a mediocre rendition of a common trend. If you’re nearby, fine, go. But don’t go out of your way unless they make some improvements.

I was craving some Froyo while I was in town and decided to stop back in. The clerk was exceptionally friendly. She offered me samples without having to ask, and my yogurt was very good.

Used to like it here, but at some point they stopped offering fruit as toppings. It is now all candy with the exception of strawberries. So if you just want a bunch of candy in your fro yo this place is fine, but if you like fruit on yours head down the street to Chill Buffalo or Fro Yo culture on Transit

White Rabbit is a self serve frozen yogurt place. They have a ton of different flavors to choose from that are all delicious, and some of them are fat free. You can even mix and match the flavors. They put out specialty flavors around different holidays. Right now they have out a pumpkin flavor as well as an apple pie flavor… or you can get a combo of both. Delish. And if you aren’t sure of which flavors you want to choose you can ask the worker for as many samples as you’d like.
Once you’re satisfied with your flavors, you move on to the toppings. These are self serve as well. They have everything you can think of… from fruit to nuts to chopped up candy pieces. Then you can add any sauces you like, such as hot fudge, caramel, marshmallow sauce, etc. They also have freshly made whipped cream!
FYI: the amount you pay for your froyo solely is based on how much your cup weighs so don’t go crazy. I learned this the hard way the first time I came and ended up paying $ 12 for mine!!! It also is pretty filling so less is more. FroYo is a great alternative to ice cream if you’re trying to satisfy your sweet tooth, while remaining somewhat healthy.

If the White Rabbit eats too much ice cream and fro yo then it will be renamed the «Wide Rabbit.» Thankfully a lot of the stuff here is fat free (which means you get free fat with it), so it’s not as bad for you as, say, everything else on sale in Western NY.
I found the flavours to be yummy, there were a couple of iffy ones, but most of the milky ones were delicious. I ate it in my car with Starlight while the girl in the car next to me endlessly flirted. With Starlight.
The girl running the place was super nice and friendly, a lot of other service people in the area could take tips from her on how to be friendly.
I don’t like that this place is a chain, but I do like their yogurt. And for some reason I think it tastes better than the White Rabbit that I tried closer to the city. Maybe fresher or something. But it still doesn’t quite infringe upon that hallowed territory that is a ⁵⁄₅ for me, because… I don’t know… is it wrong that I think a lot of FroYo tastes the same? And I’ll go in one day and think it’s a 5, and another day and think it’s a 3. So 4 is a good way of averaging it out.

We went to white rabbit a while back ago and will never be going back again! We had never been to a frozen yogurt establishment like this before. We were looking forward to trying something new. Upon arrival we saw many different flavors and many different toppings. Each flavor was extremely watery. The cups are humongous. they’re trying to make you put more frozen yogurt into the cup so that you are paying an extremely high amount. I feel like we got a tiny bit of frozen yogurt for an extremely high amount of money. Although they had many many toppings the cost was extremely outrageous and the watery frozen yogurt was absolutely disgusting. You would be much better off going to Wegmans and buying your own frozen yogurt and toppings and having a big party with a group of friends then going to white rabbit. not only that but I truly do not understand the name white rabbit what the hell does that have to do with frozen yogurt in the first place?

Reading the other reviews, I have to agree. The consistency of the yogurt is icy/​watery and not as flavorful as other shops. The best by far in the area is FroYo on Transit, with a close 2^nd being Red Mango, also on Transit. I have been to other White Rabbit locations and the consistency seems to be the same. Yogurt should be creamy!

I have to be honest– this is my first time ever to one of these frozen yogurt places, so I don’t know what to compare it to.
9 of us stopped by here on Sunday around 2:30, we were the only ones there so we were able to serve ourselves right away. It was very clean in there. I had the strawberry and cream yogurt and the toppings I chose were gummy bears, strawberry pearls, rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream. I was really happy w my own creation. My family that was with me was also very happy with their choices as well.
I look forward to trying out more frozen yogurt places!

Summary: Normal fro-​yo joint, clean, interesting flavors.
They had coffee cake, banana bread, and rocky road fro-​yo.
Fruit looked very fresh except the mangos, they were a mixed bunch. Everything else was emaculate. Counters were very clean.
They have this LCD panel with a hi res webcam on top. You go up to it and push the screen, then a few seconds later it will snap a pic and let you upload it to their Facebook page. I enjoyed this.

I am a fan of one of their other newer stores which I stop at pretty frequently, but I was disappointed with this NF Blvd location, mainly going along with other comments on the consistency. I tried a sample and it was obvious it was a lot different, almost slushy. When I picked what I wanted, it came out in a liquid and then took a bit for it come out. The flavor was ok, and I like their variety of toppings, but the consistency would make me go to another location.

The place was super clean n I loved their variety of choices for toppings. The yogurt was good too.

In terms of selection of frozen yogurt they have a wide range of selections, however, I was disappointed with the frozen yogurt machines. When you first press down to get the frozen yogurt there is a watery discharge and this occurred on every single machine I used.
There are lots of toppings to choose from. I personally love mochi and was happy when I spotted some, but the mochi appeared to not look fresh. Usually mochi is suppose to be soft. When I went into bite into the mochi it was hard as a rock.
I will probably not recommend this place to others.

Not a huge fan of Fro-​Yo, but this place is definitely good. I enjoy it, but gimme my ice cream! GO easy on the toppings since that’s what you really end up paying for! I love that they have free wi-​fi too.

Now I understand what my fellow Unilocalers mean when they say the consistency of the yogurt here is watery and flavorless. Thought it was a one time fluke but made another trip here last night and we were less than impressed. Liquid was pouring out of the machines, it wasn’t good. They have seasonal flavors which is nice but they only had one chocolate option… Chocolate! That was it and it wasn’t apparent to me until I came in with my Dad last night and he was like, «Where’s the chocolate at?» They had: Salted pretzel and chocolate which combined makes coffee cake. (Where they got coffee out of those two is beyond me but I’m a true coffee connoisseur and that wasn’t anything like coffee), Pumpkin, Cupcake, Tart, Vanilla, Red Velvet, Apple Pie, Peanut Butter and some sorbet flavors. Right? I needed some Oreo, cookies in cream, fudge stuff but not here.
Here’s where the big problem came into play. When we walked in there was a girl using hard cleaner to disinfect tables. We asked for a sample and she went right from using the chemicals, DIDNT WASH HER HANDS and grabbed the sample cups to hand out to us. Really? I didn’t want Red Velvet with a hint of Windex for dessert. The young girl was literally standing over us while we were getting yogurt making the whole experience very uncomfortable as if we were going to whip out secret bowls and steal yogurt.
Four of us getting yogurt came out to be… Drum Roll please…$ 39. Yes. $ 39 for slightly flavored watery yogurt.
Concept here is great and I’m sure the girl who failed to wash her hands wasn’t thinking and was just trying to do her job but eek, have to be careful with that.
Definitely opting for grocery store yogurt from now on. For $ 39 we could have purchased 14 half gallons from Wegmans and fed my apartment complex.

Self service yogurt. They give you a sample of every selection if you would like it. The topping choices are numerous. The only better place for yogurt is their Elmwood location. A real treat.

Checks against White Rabbit:
–Thin watery fro-​yo.
–Machines that were challenging to get the thin substance out of in the first place.
–Lack of cleanliness.
–Small parking lot.
–People schlubbing around using too many sample cups holding up the line.
–WAY OVERPRICED.
Okay things:
–Good variety of toppings, including my fave mochi.
–Cute spoons.
It cost 3 of us $ 17 and some cents to have froyo here… That’s more than $ 5/​cup (although one had WAY more in it… JAMIE… haha!) and I really didn’t enjoy it.
I wouldn’t come back. I agree with the other reviewer who said that Anderson’s is cheaper and better and way more consistent.
My favorite froyo in the region is BY FAR Fro-​Yo Culture on Transit Road in Williamsville, but I get the appeal of having a convenient, neighborhood froyo joint. Just glad I don’t have to get my fix here. Ha!

I will begin by noting that the variety and creativity in their self-​serve flavors is superb and unique to White Rabbit. There were many to tingle your taste buds from sea salt caramel pretzel to blue daiquiri ice sorbet to candy bar smash. I recommend the dreamy dark chocolate and sea salt caramel for your sweet tooth. The dark chocolate is even reminiscent of Anderson’s chocolate custard as most of my friends commented. i also enjoyed how they posted suggestions for pairing flavors, it shows that White Rabbit tries to be innovative.
The original tart was not as on par to other places I’ve had original tart at so I was slightly disappointed. It was fairly runny as were most other flavors, but we were there during a rush hour so I would expect most of the froyo to run a little thin. But besides that, it lacked the strong tart flavor I enjoy at other frozen yogurt places.
Selection of toppings is also great, there was well over fifty different toppings from crush candy bar toppings to different nuts to chopped fruits to mochi to syrups! And if you’re me, you have to try everything. But be careful because the cost is based on ounces (47 cents per ounce)!
Ambiance is standard to majority of froyo places. I love their lighting and furniture selection. Oh, and they have these spoons with their White Rabbit shaped at the end and you can keep them if you want! Maybe just for the kids (or kid inside you).
Overall, White Rabbit might just be my new go-​to place for froyo! Great place to bring the kids and to get something sweet for yourself.
