TS Fork is a unique dining experience featuring common plate cuisine. Located in a former gas station in the center of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, our restaurant is not your everyday dining restaurant. Seating is obtained by reservation only, and the weekly prix fixe menu features 5 courses of locally sourced Farm to Fork recipes.

At TS Fork, it’s all about fresh. Our menu changes weekly to incorporate locally sourced meat, fruits and vegetables. Our meals are a mixture of different ethnicity based on the produce and meat available from local vendors each weekend. Chef Jeff is experienced in a variety of cuisine, and we’ll always post our menu on our website and social media prior to your reservation.

As a destination restaurant, we have become a place to come experience farm fresh food, in plentiful servings, with wonderful ambiance and atmosphere. Great food and a rustic atmosphere come together to create an evening of good tastes, good company and memorable experiences.

TS Fork opened in September 2013 to bring great tastes to Tonkawa and beyond. Our mission is to provide a unique farm to fork dining experience in a warm, welcoming environment. As a destination for farm fresh cuisine, we look forward to sharing our table with you!

Business Owner

Chef and owner Jeff Denton has had a passion for food his whole life. Growing up, his parents couldn’t keep him out of the kitchen. In 2013, Jeff decided to make his dream come true. He opened TS Fork to bring Oklahomans a taste of the freshest local cuisine available. Jeff enjoys being able to serve the public at TS Fork, where our unique menu and wonderful ambiance are the driving force of the business. Jeff hopes to provide you such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to TS Fork when you’re in need of a great meal.
