History

Established in 2007.

In 2007, Luke began marketing residential and land real estate for Land Kansas Real Estate. In 2011, Luke joined as a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Griffith & Blair American Home. That year Luke began his term as a Director on the Topeka Area Association of REALTORS Board of Directors. In 2016, he serves on the Kansas Association of REALTORS Visioning Committee.

Luke’s sales volume has increased every year. Luke has also personally remodeled two homes. He still owns both of them, along with a couple of other residential rental properties.

Luke also earned his Masters of Business Administration in 2010 from Washburn University and his Bachelors of Communication Studies in 2003 from the University of Kansas. Luke regularly takes real estate continuing education classes.

In 2010, Luke L. Thompson graduated with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Washburn University. Luke graduated in the top 20% of his class earning straight A’s throughout the program and induction into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society recognizing business excellence.

In 2003, Luke L. Thompson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas.

Luke was born and raised in Topeka, KS. Luke attended Sumner Elementary, Shaner Elementary, Jardine Middle School, and Topeka High School.

In March of 2011, Luke joined Coldwell Banker Griffith & Blair (CBGB) after his comparative company analysis leading to his conclusion that CBGB has the most to offer the Topeka community in real estate marketing innovation and effectiveness.

In 2012 he was nominated and elected by the membership of Topeka Area Association of Realtors to serve a three year term on the Board of Directors.
