We exclusively market your property, find and screen qualified tenants, execute leases, perform move in, quarterly and move out inspections, collect rents, collect and hold security deposits, handle and schedule maintenance issues if they arise, respond to all tenant calls or concerns.

We are not only property managers, we are owners as well. Instead of being treated like a dollar sign, we treat our owners and residents like family. We follow all fair housing laws and applicant screening for our owners because we are looking after your investments. We utilize the best property management software to keep track of profits and expenses.

Established in 2013.

Balanced Property Management officially opened its doors in 2013. The property management ownership team and their employees have 15 plus years of experience. Our expertise reaches to all levels of property management; from development, construction and residential turn overs on a scale of small to large.

While our experience is wide, our focus is local and small businesses. We have developed, managed and owned assets since 2007 in Topeka, KS. We have since spread our arms out towards Lawrence owners and are looking forward to get out and help other owners in other markets.
