WCW Property Management

Slum Lords, Worst Property Management company I’ve ever encountered. They don’t fix anything, and their houses don’t even meet Building/​Housing Codes, and are unsafe. Avoid WCW like the Plague… They Charge Market Prices for Houses that wouldn’t meet Section 8 Housing standards. They start out telling you that they will take care of any problems you may have, When you complain they come to your house and site you for things that were present when you originally rented the house. They are the opposite of the other review. I’m assuming the last review posted was posted by an employee or relative of an employee, If you Google WCW you find they have no problem arguing online with all of their negative reviews. If you need to rent a house… find one that is not managed by WCW. if you are looking for someone to manage your property don’t expect them to take care of it correctly, or protect your investment they will do neither…
