Established in 2015.

In March of 2015, Kenneth Ralston and Sherry DeLong partnered together to form Engage Growth & Development Services llc. Our mission is to empower local business through cutting edge technology, affording them the capability to connect and engage with their loyal customer at will, through a proprietary text message marketing system, for the purpose of increasing customer frequency and customer buying habits, putting lost money back into the pockets of the business owner.

I enjoyed a successful career as a senior project manager in the manufacturing industry. My 25 plus years of dedication and service, was instrumental in building the ground up business of which I was a part. But, dream as we do, I always had a vision to build a company of my own. One day, the doors opened for me in the form of Engage Growth and Development Services. I had a lifelong passion for technology, both in development and implementation, Engage was the perfect fit. Armed with the vast experience and confidence given me by a mutually successful career, I walked through those doors and embarked on a new journey, eager to face the challenges of this ever changing industry.
