Allstate Insurance: Victor Khalil

While I my previous agents were okay, they were not very proactive., Victor (and Sylvia) took the time to answer our questions. Victor actually called to review our policy to see if he could get us a lower premium (which he did!). It’s nice to get personal service in a automated world.

do not come in here! worst customer service, they are so rude and all they want to do is take your money. they input wrong information about you and your car! worst decision i’ve ever made. they never once told the truth and woukd charge my car with out my okay. step away! i would give them no stars.

The world is full of people that do not respect the American flag and what it stands for. I’m not one of them.
When I see an American flag damaged to the point where the flag pole is tearing a hole through the middle it makes me upset so I went in and asked if they knew how damaged it was, and woman at the desk did not care. I begged her to take it down and allow me to take it to the Veterans of Foreign Wars for proper disposal. She refused and did not want it touched.
I finally got the city of Torrance to take it down. You can drive by and you’ll still see the Allstate flag still hanging just as damaged.
Many people served in the military including myself some have lost their lives. to preserve the freedoms you enjoy today.
Yes, by all means follow «T.E.» lead and take your business there. That’s what makes America great the right to show no respect to it and make money $$$$ from it.
