Professional on the phone but that’s where the good service ends! Dirty, smelly repair man came out to look at multiple appliaces and after 3 minutes told me he couldn’t repair any one item or tell me what was wrong with any of them! The repair man asked for my «service visit check — $ 55» and wanted to leave. When I asked if he could be more specific about why the burners on my Wolf range don’t light or why my Scotsman Ice Maker doesn’t stay cool enough to keep ice frozen or to replace the light in my microwave, he said that I needed new appliances that he couldn’t fix any of them! The conversation got very heated and I ended up paying him $ 55 to get his smelly butt out of my house! I called the service phone number 3 time after the visit to speak to the «manager» and no one ever called me back. Beware!!!

«You should call Sears» — these are the final words from Arc & USA’s phone rep right after he informed me that his company was unable to complete a very simple washing machine repair job in a timely fashion. Anyone reading this review should heed similar advice.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and just pathetic. How i wish Unilocal allowed for zero starts. Let’s start with dishonest. When they pulled a no-​show on my service appointment (without calling), they lied and told me the repairman need ‘special tools’ to do a very basic job and couldn’t get them until tomorrow… and that none of the other repairmen they contract had these ‘special tools’. The next day the repairman confirmed this was a flat out lie. They had simply overbooked him.
Moving on to ‘unprofessional & pathetic’…over the course of the next three days, the repairman struggled to get past removing a stripped bolt (which he had gotten off in a previous visit), went off to search for a tool to remove the bolt (ie. doing other jobs), didn’t return my calls for a progress report on when he would be returning, and basically let my job be forgotten. This company is so pathetic that I had to call them just to find out they had given up and weren’t gonna do the job.
Take Arc & USA’s own advice, save yourself the annoyance and try another company! I’ve got Sears booked for Tuesday.

I called today to ask about my washer that broke over the weekend and the guy not very friendly at all and rude.

Responded same day and fixed our refrigerator for $ 385.00. Professional and knew what they were doing.
