While the guy is nice enough, he is just not good landlord material. As the previous poster stated, getting him to do anything for you is like pulling teeth. He is not a «bad» landlord, per se, but if you are the kind of tenant who pays your rent on time, lets the landlord know of problems before they get out of hand, he is not your kind of guy. As a land lord, his follow though lacks. I hope he serves his owners and potential real estate customers better.
