Assure Dental Family Care and Braces

What a terrible experience I had to go through with this dentist full of LIES… LIES. LIES!!! I don’t even want to give this dentist a 1 star but since I have no choice but to put one. If I have a choice I will not put one AT ALL!!!
Smile finders came to our company and represent the Assure Dental, I was told by Smile Finders to go to this particular one Assure Dental since it’s the closest one to my house.
Anyways, to make the story short I was told it’s a FREE CONSULTATIONS so I went ahead and made an appointment since I was in the search of a new dentist. So I did, I told the dental assistant who took the X-​Ray that I’m there for free consultations and I don’t want full mouth X-​RAY I was told not to worry about it as it’s part of the FREE CONSULTATIONS. Few weeks later they charged my INSURANCE for FULL MOUTH X-​RAY and CONSULTATIONS $ 296 and tried to get them reimburse my insurance for the charges and they won’t. LESSON learned… DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INSURANCE when it’s a FREE CONSULTATIONS as they will turn around and Bill your insurance. FYI… THEY CHARGED A LOT FOR OLD EQUIPMENT THE SINK WHERE PRETTY DISGUSTING AND CLOGGED UP. IT’S NOT CLEAN AT ALL. PRETTY DISGUSTING… I SHOULD REPORT THEM TO HEALTH DEPT. FOR THAT MATTER.

I tend to neglect dental care, but chose to bite the bullet as my insurance coverage was shifting. This office was recommended to me by an acquaintance who was very happy with the work and treatment she had received. I had the same experience. I experienced good customer service. The back office technicians, doctors and specialist were warm and appeared committed to my dental health, and comfort. The front office staff was organized and friendly. The billing department provided me with clear answers to my questions, and helped me navigate the billing process with expediency and clarity. They were kind and prioritized my dental health even as my coverage transitioned. They were also invested in educating me about oral hygiene and maintenance for long term health.

Uncooperative and hostile customer service !
I have a dental plan through my work and I selected this place to be my provider because it open on Saturday. However, it turn out that the dentist who work on Saturday doesn’t take my insurance. I have to request a day off from work to get my teeth clean or I have to wait another month to switch provider. I scheduled for a teeth cleaning. When I get there they did a whole entire examination with xray… Their payment coordinator told me that I need a deep cleaning with irrigation which would cost me $ 340 out of pocket. Also need to do have two cavities filled which will cost me another $ 380 out of pocket. I was quite alarmed by the out of pocket fees so I told her I just want the regular cleaning today and I will come back later for the other procedures after I counsel with my cousin who is a dentist. She went on denying me the regular cleaning and pushing me to leave their office. The staffs hostile attitude toward me very unprofessional. When I got home I inquired my dental insurance regrading to all of the out pocket fees. My insurance representative assured me that all the out of pocket fees mention above should be cover under my insurance and I should pay no cost. Therefore I have my dental insurance representative contact their payment coordinator to explain my coverage. However she was so hostile and giving him such an attitude that dental insurance representative recommended me to switch provider for my own sake.
They wasted my time, were unprofessional, and make up fees that should be cover under my insurance… I hope that no one make the same mistake that I did and go here, for your own good run.

Do not waste your time with this establishment or chain for that matter.
They constantly have CANCELED my appointments. (they were made 4−6weeks in advance)
They changed dentist midway through my treatments and failed to inform me and when i asked about this changed they acted if it wasn’t their fault and to bad for me for not being informed.
The front staff is friendly but not helpful.
The dental assistant are not professional and they talk about clients/​coworkers in front of myself and others and make inappropriate comments.
The «manager» has a snarky attitude and gives attitude when asked questions as if you are bothering her.
Last time i waited almost an hour before i was seen by the dentist. (i had a scheduled app)
They are unreliable, un resourceful, and a terrible place to get your teeth done at.
I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

Just went in for a cleaning earlier this week since it has been a while for me and the holidays have been hectic. They were able to fit me in! The staff were very friendly and facilities were clean. Parking was available since they have a private lot so it was convenient.

What a terrible experience I had at this place. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because they gave me my cleaning free (as a courtesy since I had to wait so long), and a $ 10 gas card. I didn’t like visits to the dentist to begin with but after this experience, it’s 10 times worse.
We arrived for our 1200N Sat appointment. It’s now 3:00pm and I’m still waiting for them to finish. Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, and I’ve been in this chair since. Thank goodness for the TV being on. One person did the x-​rays, another did the inspection, another did the fluoride and so on. Why wouldn’t they do it all at one time instead of going room to room leaving patients sitting there for hours???
My horrible experience lasted 3 hours and 20 minutes. All I can say is thank god it’s over.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Too bad since the people that worked there were nice and were just trying to work with this terrible scheduling nightmare. My advice would be to not book so many people and allocate more time for each patient (since 3 – 4 people participate in the treatment).

Out of town working and had dental problems, they got me in 30 min before closing and stayed an hour late to get me outa pain!
