I go to Abel Juarez at Audi Pacific for all of my Audi needs and I highly recommend him. Abel’s so pleasant to work with. He communicates with you quickly and thoroughly. He works hard and it shows through his level of performance. He’s knowledgable too, but I never feel pressured to buy the upsell because he’s transparent with me. He wants keep me as a customer and has done a fantastic job of establishing the client loyalty that is so hard to come by these days. Abel emails with me on his days off when my car is getting serviced and never rushes me to pick up my car RIGHT when it’s ready. The experience is stress free. Don’t think I’ll ever be willing to switch dealerships because of him :)

This is a sales review. I think its important that people know they have other options when looking to lease or purchase an Audi.
I had been going back and forth on email with Dion regarding the new Audi TT. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions so this review is in no way a review towards him. Its towards what came after when I made an appointment to come into the dealership.
They handed off this guy named Fady to us. He was the «internet sales manager». First & foremost, I suggest that Fady remove the ginormous stick that he has shoved up his ass if he plans to have any success in this industry. The level of disrespect that came out of this guys mouth coupled with his attitude was hard to digest. He acted as if i was trying to take his first born child when I attempted to negotiate the pricing. He kept saying things like «well that’s above my pay grade.» What finally did it for me was when he said that the car i wanted had only been out for 2 months and that it was simply impossible to get what i wanted price wise on it and that he would lose his job if he gave it to me at that price. 2 months ago from now was April and i had test driven this car, in his dealership, back in October of 2015. Nice try Fady.
We ended up leaving the dealership because this guys arrogance was no longer tolerable. I wrote an email to Circle Audi telling them exactly what i wanted. i received a phone call from the general manager 10 minutes after sending my email telling me that they have the car on the lot and they will make the deal if i drive down.
Fast forward 2 hours, i am now home with my brand new Audi TT at the EXACT price that i wanted. i highly recommend Circle Audi. Their entire process was flawless and smooth… overall just a better experience. Really nice guys!

Whats up with sales & car dealerships?! Can’t seem to find any decent one.
Dropped in one afternoon (this was a month or two back) to check out the new Q7. Gave it +1 star because a sales person actually approached us and attempted to BS a sale.
I say BS is because of the conversation that happened — just read on.
We informed him that we were interested in learning more about the new Q7. We would like to see the interior of the car to see if its suitable for our needs. The sales went into his story about how popular the car is and how they have none on the lot, etc.
Well that’s fine, we are flexible and can come back another time. However instead of making arrangements, he asked if we want to buy now (as if we buy now, he can magically make a car appear!). We told him if we don’t see the car, we are not going to buy. So instead he decides to start telling us how great the Q7 is selling and how the whole LA Kings hockey team, every player brought one etc.
My wife told him «Good for you!» But really, that still doesn’t really help us make an informed decision does it?
Anyways, as the sales is going off about how good the car is selling, he started pointing at some cars at the dealership.
«You see those nice cars (pointing to cars of different brands inside the building as well as outside), those are all customers that came in and traded their cars for the Q7. You see that Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Range Rover, and all those cars! That’s how popular the car is and everyone want one.»
And here’s the funny thing — the BMW SUV he was pointing at, the only BMW at the dealership/​in parking lot that day … was OUR X6 that we had just came to the dealership in and parked in the lot.
My wife and I, we looked at each other and we knew we didn’t really care to continue. We didn’t call him out on the BS but we pretty much told him, «Its ok, we will come back another day!»
And that ‘another day’ probably won’t come any time soon.

I purchased a pre-​owned 2014 A7 TDI from Audi Pacific in October 2015. I didn’t need much in the form of a sales pitch or convincing as I already drink the Audi kool aid (and already owned an A5 and a A4), so the sales process was fairly straightforward; one afternoon I went to check out the cars and test drive, we worked out a price over the phone, and I went to pick up the car on another day.
I had some minor issues with getting SiriusXM activated in my name, and it took a few weeks to sort out the Audi connect/​on board wifi features (turned out I needed a new SIM card). I worked with Audi USA customer support to resolve these issues, as Audi Pacific didn’t take any initiative to resolve.
My service experience wasn’t great either. One of the positives at this dealership is that they seem to always have loaner cars available, even without an appointment. I brought my car in for a heater related problem, and despite keeping my car for 5 days basically did nothing and suggested that what I was experiencing (and verified by the service team) was «within normal limits». Great to hear that it’s normal for there to be no heat even when thermostat is dialed up to 78!
I went back to the dealership towards the end of 2015, this time in search of a Q3/​Q5. I sought out the same sales associate who I previously worked with, but he wasn’t very patient with my parents and I (car was for my parents) once he realized he didn’t have the car we were looking for. I asked him to keep me in the loop if he gets new inventory, and I never heard back from him. I ran into him when I brought one of my cars in for service, and he actually suggested that I was supposed to call HIM back. Not my idea of customer service.
Anyway, I ended up deciding on a Q3 and I found a CPO with only 3000mi at Circle Audi. It was only after comparing that experience that I realized how shortchanged I was by working with Audi Pacific. At Circle Audi, they not only made sure that everything was taken care of correctly at time of purchase (including providing a brand new SIM card for Audi Connect and trial service), they also provided 48mos of NavTraffic service and signed me up directly to receive correspondence from Audi USA – Audi magazine service, Audi emergency roadside assistance coverage, etc. I was actually surprised that the Q3 came with all this, as I received nothing when I purchased the A7. I later realized that it didn’t matter what model I purchased, what’s more important was the dealership I worked with, and to that extent Audi Pacific has been a disappointment.

Dion Lattimore is the man. Thank you for your excellent customer service and for taking the time to explain all the features our vehicle came with. I initially started my car buying experience with another audi dealer but I wasn’t satisfied with that dealers customer service and attentiveness to our needs. As a last resort I checked for other Audi dealerships and came across Audi Pacific. I filled out their online form and received a call from Dion. I left off that I would be there in a couple of hours. I drove out there and next thing you know I’m driving off with my new Q7. They’re truly not trying not to push the sale but to gain a lifetime customer which in my books is big. Thanks again.

Very sad to write his review because I have received great service from this dealer prior to this experience. I took my car in for its scheduled service only to hear that I needed new front breaks and rotors at 15k miles… They said I had under 5 mm left on my pads and it was necessary to change. Being that I always get second opinions that is what I did. From two separate locations I found out I had over 50% pads left and didn’t need replacements…
Sad to hear this dealer tried to STEAL around $ 1000 from me after all the business I have given and sent this dealer. Very disappointed.

I have been a 2 time lease client and have been servicing my car here at Pacific Audi for 8 years. I can’t say enough good things about this dealer. I am only an A4 level client but have had an ‘R8 level’ VIP treatment since the first day. I’ve been to Audi BH and I promise you will be much happier and treated with more respect here at Pacific Audi.

They are very helpful, considerate, and compassionate. All this and I made no purchase. I could not get the convertible top on my new used convertible up! And rain was coming. They treated me royally and fixed the issue. I wish I lived in their service area as I can’t say the same for Niello Audi of Sacramento.

Been meaning to drop by after passing by these past months. Went in on my lunch hour to check out some models for my wife as our lexus lease is up. Showroom was empty. No warm greeting. Finally met a salesman who greeted me with his mouth half full with his lunch. Looked like a high school kid. I wanted to see the Q 7. they had none. Wanted to test drive the Q 5. Had none on the lot. Kid needed to go find one. i waited, waited some more, then left. Seriously Audi? You are not Benz, BMW and LEXUS, you need to do better to build your brand. Second poor experience with this place. i won’t even go into that one with the girl in the internet department who blew me off after she heard what i owed on my trade in. AUDI should pay attention to these folks. Torrance, my HOOD, deserves better. BEWARE //

I was nearing the end of my lease term. So, I went to Pacific Audi to look at options. Full disclosure — I was looking at several car brands — not just Audi. I always do my homework so I know all options. After only two weeks of research/​visiting dealerships/​interacting with sales people, I was ready to Über for the rest of my life if it would mean that I wouldn’t have to deal with another salesperson!!!
Enter Dion Lattimore. I put in an internet inquiry and was answered by Dion. He was so helpful and genuine — even before I went to the dealership. When I finally went to the dealership, I was still undecided on the model AND the color and he patiently showed me lots of vehicles and colors and answered my questions in a VERY refreshingly straightforward way. He did not give me any of those canned «always be closing» sleazy salesman lines (thank goodness). I overheard some of the other salesmen while I was waiting and am so glad that I got Dion! It was such a pleasant experience and I have definitely NEVER said that about buying/​leasing a vehicle.
I decided on the Q3 and I love-​love-​love it! I would recommend Dion/​Audi Pacific to anyone looking for a new car!

Worst car buying experience ever!
I recently bought a pre-​owned Q5 for work. When at the dealership I saw a chip on the passenger door, and was promised by the sales person «it can be easily fixed». Of course when one hears that one would assume it would be fixed to not be visible.
When the car finally was delivered the defect was «touched up» and made no difference at all. When I called the sales associate she started to yell and stated «you agreed to just touch up!» Well I’m not in car business and am not familiar with techniques, if I was made to believe it being «fixed» I would not have imagined some crappy job like this. Totally sneaky car salesmanship!
Moreover, I was promised the car would be detailed. When I received it it was barely washed with water stain all over the place. Interior was barely vacuumed. I even asked the guy from the dealership and he agreed it wasn’t detailed. To this the sales associate responded by «I walked around the car and personally made sure it was done!» Seriously!!! Do you think your customers are that dumb!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!

The place to go to get your car serviced.
My service adviser Abel was not only very helpful but assured that my car was safe and fixed.
He would call to follow up with me to make sure I was okay with everything and let me know when my car was ready. All the loaner cars that I have gotten 16 Q5 (BRAND NEW) and a 15 Q5 were both very fun to drive and their show room was magnificent. I have my eye on a S7 or RS7 this year and you know will be here first to see if they can make the deal.

I purchased my 2013 Audi Q7 from this dealer about 3 yrs ago. I got a good deal out of it. I also purchased audi care along with it. I kept coming to this dealer for service as a regular maintenance free of charge because of Audi Care. I always asked for Michael Harris specifically because he really take care and make sure I was happy for I wanted to get done. He never get pushy and only have the car fixed of what really need to be fixed. I have seen some bad reviews from this website. I was happy to purchase vehicle from this dealer and the service provided for my car. I would not hesitate to bring the car back and ask for Michael Harris specifically to help me for the service with this vehicle.

Abel Juarez is the man over at the service department. Always takes great care of myself and my car. Always quotes me on everything and provides answers to every question that I might have. If they don’t fix something right they will definitely take ownership and make sure everything gets handled till the customer service satisfied. When I take my car in for antly service or repair I always go with Abel!
I also purchased my car from this dealership over a year and a half ago and they always take care of us.

Audi Pacific couldn’t make my car shopping experience any better.
Not only do they have the best deals than any other dealership in Los Angeles area, i can say I am very happy I found them.
I want to personally thank the sales person Vitali Konovalov ! He made me so comfortable and not pushy at all like a lot of sales people are. He was very patient till I decided to finally purchase a car, and he helped me out by choosing the best car for me. He really tried his best to get me the payments i was comfortable with, I am very happy he got to help me out !

Came here for regular car service and everybody was extremely courteous and most importantly… FAST. In and out in under 15 minutes there. They give you a loaner even though the service only take 2 hours. Sweet customer service.

To tell you the truth I’m a little scared of re-​reviewing this business because I don’t want to jinx it!
But since my last review I’m confident that it will remain the same since I have had good service after great service consistently since my not so good review.
I have to admit that they upped their service big time! In the past year I went for maintenance with my Audi care. But I also went because I was running low of oil level and was leaving for long trip and the service guy who welcomed you when you pull over offered to top it off very quick so I could go on with my trip and not worry about it. I could not believe that, it was that easy. I went the next week to get my oil changed.
Then I went another time because I got a low pressure tire alarm and they simply put some air in my tires and I was off in no time. Really?! How great is that!
Then my warranty was going to expire as well as my Audi care. I sat at the service counter and calculated the price of all the main maintenance vs the price of the Audi care plus. The Audi care plus made sense money wise, what a great service. No hidden price, I read on their computer with them.
Every time I come for service, I even don’t have time to open my door that I am greeted with a smile and questions. I have not had to wait anymore to meet with a service rep! Yay! They are all good but Michael has been giving the best service of all hands down! We need more like him!

Came to buy an A5 3 times — left with my lexus damaged
So I came in to test drive and buy an A5 for my wife.
Day 1 — came in tried to get someone to help me for over 30 minutes, no one would so I left
Day 2 — came in on a Saturday morning around 11AM, tried to get someone to help me, stood on the lot for 25 minutes while other people were helped, I asked for help and the sales manager told me to wait my turn and he was busy
Day 3 — Waited 20 minutes and then someone talked to me FINALLY! I got someone to actually want to sell me a car? Could this be real?
I was going to trade in my wife’s Lexus is250h for the A5 and some cash. The Lexus was not in perfect condition (a few surface scratches near the door handles) it’s a black car, it happens.
They took my key to look at her Lexus which was outside while I sat inside. The guy came back in from outside after 15 minutes and ran over to get another guy who went out to my car to look at it also. They both came back in laughing after another 15 minutes and handed me my key and said cheers mate. I went out to the car and the back bumper had a very large white scratch across the bumper (4 inches and deep white scratch, like a key). I was pretty shocked seeing I had just looked at my car for 20 minutes as I waited earlier and there was no giant white scratch.
Inside the car the shift knob was also twisted around in a weird way. What were they exactly looking for? Were they trying to make a better case to lowball my trade in? Obviously seeing they then emailed me a really low figure, SHOCKER.
I told the Bryan A. I was on a tight schedule because I was waiting outside so long and that I only had 15 minutes before I had to leave. He told me he could do it in less time. Wrong.
He wasted 30 minutes of my time, scratched my car, denied it, messed with God knows what else and now I have a scratched up bumper… I’m psyched.
DO NOT GO TO THIS AUDI DEALERSHIP.
Needless to say the Audi I looked at was repainted on the back driver side quarter panel and had been in an accident which wasn’t reported on carfax. The paint job was bad so I caught it. They’re selling damaged used Audi’s without disclosure. Not good times.
Overall a very bad consumer experience.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean and friendly dealership. Their vehicles are beautiful as well. I’d been here before when they were much smaller and before their huge remodel. It was pretty then and the addition/​remodel just made it better.
They have beautiful cars and helpful team. I stopped in at the urging of my broker and family friend, to take a look at some Audi A3 and Audi A4’s to get an idea of what the differences are and decide on the make, model, bells and whistles. Trent was very professional, friendly and not pushy. In fact, unlike other dealerships I’ve visited, they did not pressure me, or follow me around like a puppy looking for attention. It was nice to have the freedom to wander around the showroom and car lot on my own without having someone harassing me or bombarding me with questions. I had all my questions answered and no one bugged me about my information.
I haven’t had a chance to use their service but I have a couple of friends with Audi’s who have and have had no complaints. They say they are provided loaner vehicles and kept in the loop with what’s going on with their car.
I would recommend shopping here if you are interested in an Audi. Having been previously in the car industry Audi as a company does not seem to over produce, really makes an effort to foster lifetime owner loyalty and address any concerns you have with their vehicles. This dealership has a great rapport with their clients and good customer service.
