Busy Brows

I’m a relatively new client, just had my 4^th appointment. I was initially hesitant b/​c I was used to going to a high-​end establishment in Beverly Hills (near my work) but when my lash girl was out-​of-​town for a month, I had to find a temporary solution. I had seen Busy Brows on groupon and walked by a few times on my way to the gym, so took a chance! So glad I did, don’t let the prices make you doubt the quality of work or service. Cassie and Yoshimi are fantastic technicians and I’m saving $ too. The girls are professional and provide excellent service. Just had my lashes done today by Cassie and they look AMAZING! Give them a try, save yourself a bit of $ and walk out with great set of lashes!!!

I’ve been going here for a couple months now and they’re great! They have amazing service! They don’t pressure you about their other services, love the pricing, especially I love the way they do brows! It’s so hard for me to trust someone with my brows because it’s so uneven, light, etc. and I also had a bad experience with someone else. Natalie & Zuly threads my brows and I love it all the time! Now all my clients, customers, co-​workers, and families go to them. I do recommend to everyone!

Made an appointment via Unilocal,showed up and there was a sign on the door saying that they would be returning tomorrow. Not good business at all. I understand that it was last minute, but at least a phone call would be nice. Pretty disappointed in the business. Left a few voicemails, let’s see if they return any.

I got my lashes done at this shop for the first time today. The shop was very cute and clean. Everyone was pretty nice and sweet. I had the regular mink eyelash extension, full set, done by Hoshimi. She played soft music while applying on the lashes. Very satisfied with her «art work» haha:) worth every penny spent. Will be back for a fill in a few weeks! Already recommended my friend to come with me next time. I will update y’all on how long the lashes lasted for me:)

Eyebrows are uneven and one is more arched than the other. I understand brows are never the same in shape because no ones face or body is symmetrical, I get it. But they should be similar some what. The threading was very very painful. She snapped the thread more than 3 times on my eyebrows. I was tearing up from how painful it was that she offered to spray my neck before beginning. The neck area was still painful with the numbing spray. She snapped the thread several times and burned me with the technique she used. After a couple hours I had several areas of irritation/​open bumps. Over the next couple of days they all scabbed over on my neck area. Maybe she was in training idk but this wasn’t the greatest experience.

I got my lashes done on 12÷24÷15 by Kristen Payton. The application took a while but I think I know why. It’s 1÷22÷16 and my lashes are still fabulous. Sure I’ve shed several of them over the weeks but now it looks more natural (even though they’re 14 mm and 15 mm on Asian eyes) and more people are asking what lengthening mascara I use.
These have lasted 4 weeks of travel, gym, wind, etc and still going strong. Also they were the cheapest ones I’ve gotten stateside. Thanks Kristen!

Tried this place for the first time today. I’m so in love. My lashes came out great and I I’ve the way they look. The girls are so nice.

Natalie is so great! Second time going for eyebrow threading/​tinting and I wouldn’t go any other place.

I just got 3D lashes with Cassie and I really love them. She used the silk mink on me in size 12 and 11 and they look amazing. I noticed the lashes she used on my lashes are soft and natural feeling, not heavy or stiff like other places I’ve had them done, yet they’re still very dramatic. Overall, a great experience. I would have loved to be in a private room instead of out in the open but that’s my only objection.

Went in on a Thursday with an appointment, and it was amazing! I didn’t get the girl’s name who did my brows but she left them PERFECT! I sent my friend there to get her brows done and she also got them tinted since her brows are a little light. She went to the same chick I got and her name is Natalie! Go see her! Price went up a dollar from when I last saw, but it’s totally worth it!!!

Came into Busy Brows at the suggestion of my niece, I was on one of my twice a year visits to LA from Hawaii. I booked myself for a full set of lashes using their online booking system which was very easy to use-​I loved it-​I booked to see Karen the next day.
Parking was very easy and the location was easy to find. I signed in as soon as I got there and didnt have too long of a wait. I already had a set of lashes on so I had them removed as I wanted to start with a new set. Karen was very sweet and we had a quick chat about my current lash set and what I wanted to do. Being I am no first timer to eyelash extensions… I have to admit it took longer than I expected. My legs and arms started to fall asleep. and I was laying down! The first set didnt adhere too well, the lashes started to fall off less than a week later and I am very good about taking care of them. However, when I returned for my fill two weeks later the lashes did not start to fall off until 3 weeks later-​which was great!
Overall great service, easy booking, and convenient. The 4 stars is mostly because the first set took so long to place and the lashes didnt adhere as well. I would recommend Busy Brows and I will be returning whenever Im in LA!

Just got my brows tinted by Zuly since ulta no longer offers this service & so glad I gave them a shot I am so happy I will be back

First time visiting this place, it’s clean and well lit. I like to keep my eyebrow shape thick, my eyebrows have a shape already so I just went in for a clean up. The threading was very detailed, the girl took her time and made sure to get everything which she did. Only thing was that my eyebrows ended up being very thin at the peak, so it kind of raised them making the shape look very different…

Zuly hooked me up! New to the area, I’ve been trying to find someone to shape my eyebrows while keeping them thick. I’ve tried a few places and searched Unilocal but couldn’t quite find anyone I’d be comfortable with. I decided to try busy brows based on the reviews and must say I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, bright and inviting. It’s been quiet the last few times I’ve gone which I prefer. Zuly does threading, which I’m new to (I usually wax) and though it hurts, the pain is worth it. My eyebrows are nicely shaped and still thick.
I’ll continue to go back… I’ve been twice already and have been satisfied both times. Convenient, quick, efficient, and comfortable…

I’ve had lashes for a while, and Cassie is the girl you want! Not only is she amazing at applying the lashes, but is helps you be aware of keeping your natural lashes healthy as well. She is amazing. I’ve had a lot of girls do my lashes before, but by far she’s helped my natural lashes stay healthy which is super important!
She is worth every penny! You won’t be disappointed.
Her customer service is on point as well. I had my lashes done by someone else for a fill, and I regretted it. I addressed that to her, and she made sure to schedule me in during her busy schedule. I’m never going to get my lashes done from anyone else!

Today was my first time getting Eyelash extensions. I did some research before coming into Busy Brows and saw some great reviews so thought I’d give them a try. So glad I did!
The place is very cute and clean! They play some great relaxing music which I enjoyed.
Cassie did my eyelashes and they seriously look amazing! She is super friendly makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process and very detailed with her work which I loved! They seriously look just how I wanted! So happy.
The time seriously flew by to! She is very informative with how to take care of them and everything. Seriously so happy to have found an eyelash professional who truly does an amazing job. Thank you for the amazing work Cassie.
Cant wait to return.

It’s the best threading experience in my life !!! The employees did a wonderful job and were always smiling. Great customer service and they took me in immediately. I would def recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick and professional job done !!

I’ve been seeing Karen for 10−11months now, I love her! She has not cancelled any pf my appointments and is always on time. I get a silk fill every two weeks (by choice). There are times where I lose more lashes than usual but that is based on how I treat them or the heat.
Love the prices too!

Today was my first time visiting Busy Brows and I’m very happy I went. My brows looked really horrible after hopping around different brows places. I wanted to find someone that would do my brows to fit my face. Every person I had gone to before would leave the beginning of my brow super thick then thin out the rest. They looked very awkward and shapeless.
Zuly did my brows today and I explained to her how I wanted to have more shape but didn’t want my brows too thin. She did exactly what I asked for and even left the hair to grow back on one brow that was thinner than the other. I could tell she was taking her time and not just giving me a basic brow shape. She really knows what she’s doing! I will definitely be coming back here to keep my brows looking great.
The salon was very clean and I didn’t have to wait, which was awesome since I was on my lunch break.

This is a 3 stars eye brows threading with a five star potential!
Pros: location, pricing, short waiting!
Con: sign in sheet, lighting and service!
I like the wide space of this studio, welcoming and the cleanness. I also would like more of a privet sign in sheet instead of all day expose click bored that anyone can check or none at all. The lighting in the ambience did not help the technician remove small hairs. Service, the technician did not clean my eyebrows area after threading. I hope to visit busy brows soon!
