Krystal Harding is my primary and I wish she would stay my primary forever. She’s the best. Yeah, I get it, a lot of people are complaining on here because of the long wait time and how they shouldn’t schedule them at a certain time if they’re gonna wait an eternity to be seen. Don’t have anything scheduled for at least 3 – 4 hours after your appointment time if you know it’s a long wait. It’s honestly a very petty reason to give their office a bad rating. Find another doctor that’ll rush you out if time is the only thing you care about. Her staff: they’re all young adults and learning how to work in a professional setting, but hey give their best when they have to handle patients on their own like if they’re going to do lab/blood work. All of the older reviewers were young and clueless at one point. You shouldn’t be that hard on them when they’re just trying to help you. Harding gives her undivided attention to her patients and does her best to make sure they’re health is taken care of before they leave her office. That is the most important concept to understand here, in my opinion.

Took a relative here several times in the past four months. Each time we experienced an array of issues(all with the the front office staff.) Unprofessional and unnaceptable. Felt compelled to add a review to all the other noted ” reviews. Sadly, they all sound similar

Dr. Butlig’s office has the most unprofessional hood-rat office staff I’ve ever encountered. I tried giving the office the benefit of the doubt, considering perhaps«problem» staff members are functioning independently from the office management/physicians. However, after having an encounter with Dr. Butlig I now realize the unprofessional office staff are a direct reflection of the physician’s own shortcomings and poor communication skills. His lack of awareness is appalling. In addition, his inability to address basic healthcare concerns is a dangerous trait in a doctor.

The doctors are great. Too bad their office staff can’t do anything right. Took them 5 months to get me a prescription for the right medication. Every i called gem to inquire on the status they blame it on Torrance office. Torrence office doesn’t know what year they live in.

What the heck? This office is closed at the most random times. I came by today to pick up blood work at 10 am and they were closed. Now I cannot even get them on the phone. They even extended their hours to be open for more patients. The last time they did this they told me that they were really busy and so they just kept the phone on voicemail all day. That’s really inconvenient. If you’re going to be closed then please put a sign up if it is out of the ordinary. Thank you.

The MD and PA’s are really nice but the wait time really bugs me. Even if u make an appointment with them i always wait for atleast two hours or more. like why?! But over all the place is clean. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Just the wait time ticks me! And u can not do walk ins with them. So whats the use of making an appointment if u wait more than an hr? Idk im just saying…

There is no point of making appointments, if you wait 50 minutes and you are told there are still two patients ahead of you. The TV is so loud, when I asked her to reduce the volume, even though there is no one else in the waiting room, the secretary wouldn’t. I’m not sure if it is the office staff that is rude and incompetent or the owner who does not lay down rules on how to behave in a doctors office. Calling to make the appointment becomes a chore, it is better to call the DMV, where a bunch of government workers get snappy on you, than these girls. I’ve been coming to this office four years, tried to overlook the office staff, because Dr. Butleg and the NP, are really pleasant and I like them. I guess, I’m done, time to find another office.

It’s difficult to find a MD nowadays that you can trust. I made the switch with Dr. Butlig about a year ago through referral from my Coworkers. Prior to this I was with a MD miles away in Anaheim. He was a great MD. But, with the distance and traffic. I had to make a switch. Everything that my coworkers had told me about Dr. Butlig was on point. «Courteous, Very Detailed with information, and Thorough» Don’t let me leave out his Staff as well. From the PA’s to his MA’s are all great! Tip: He has 2 locations TORRANCE and CARSON. I suggest if you specifically want to be seen by Dr. Butlig make sure you mention him upon making a appointment.
