Castellana 5 Apartments

This apartment was listed under pet friendly apartments and had a 5 star rating. You have to read until the last line to find out it’s not at all pet friendly. Unilocal needs to make sure they’re putting this stuff in the proper categories or it’s a waste of our time.

Managers are professional and friendly before and after move in (unlike in some places) pretty timely on maintenance and will let you know when entering and will not enter without u knowing it. Only problem was i think the age of the building being old. Floor was slightly slanted and space (althought it was good floor pattern) was slightly small for us. Other then that, because of the garden located in middle of the apartment, summer was cool. winter was warm with electric heating on ceiling.
Activity area was small but will let tenant use it for party’s if told in advance.
Have so called «exercise place» which is not close to being called gem but kept maintained (probably because no one used it lol)
Close to albertson and Del Amo fashion center.
Big problem here was electricity.
Will have power outage 2+ a year due to high concentration on apartments around this area. Apply to most of the apartments around this area, not only this place.
Gated and parking space is checked by the manages frequently.
Pool is clean and pleasant.
We move out because we moved in to house but I would have totally stay if this was not the reason.
Too bad they don’t take pets.
