it was amazingly clean & the fact they had a hand sanitizer as you walk in basically won me over. It’s a little out of the way for me but, better than having to go to the mall and hit up 2 different spots because my kids prefer diff toppings
The only reason it’s only 4 is the marshmallows were hard.
It’s the small things but I’ll be back to give it another go for sure.

Seriously. Sign says Open til 9. You advertise open til 9. Got here at 8:50 and doors LOCKED. Girl mopping floor. 2 more families walked up after me. DONT ADVERTISE OPEN TIL 9 IF U R NOT.

We came by after dinner at Mrs. A. Too bad your employees don’t care to be at their posts. You lost a sale because there was no employee to be found at 6:15 PM on ⁴⁄₁₈.

Any froyo place that offer dairy-​free options is an automatic win for me. Bonus points for the friendliness of the staff. Also, purple everywhere! My favorite color :) Other than that, it’s your basic create-​your-​own and pay-​by-​weight self-​serve froyo place.
Our first visit here, we just sampled. Mostly because it was a cold day and wasn’t feeling a frozen treat. But they had Mango Dole Whip and it was amazing!
So we came back on a hot day but sadly they didn’t have Mango Dole Whip that day. So instead I created the following treat:
What is that you ask?
— Pineapple Dole Whip
— Tiger’s Blood (tropical, fruity, red #5)
— toasted coconut
— sliced almonds
— fresh blueberries
— pomegranate popping boba (yes!)
Legit sweet treat! I might not go out of my way for this place, or most froyo places for that matter. But this place is next door to Veggie Grill which kinda increases the likelihood of me retuning. We did get a loyalty stamp card after all.

A big thank you to the guy working at Cups tonight. My kids and I had just been denied at Baskin Robins who closed their doors 5 minutes before closing time, and we REALLY wanted dessert. By the time we arrived at Cups it was 5 minutes after 9, but we were still able to get served and we enjoyed our desserts.

***Cups is a decent frozen yogurt shop; you get a wide variety of toppings (many different cereals, nuts, fruit, sauces, chips, and candies); this shop also showcases several frozen yogurt flavors including several nontraditional flavors like egg nog and salted caramel popcorn; Cups features mostly sweet flavors and some of their sweet flavors like dulce de leche are overly sweet; service is good and the setting is very lounge-​like with a bright look and feel; prices seem to be a tad high here***
This frozen yogurt shop is located in a retail plaza that has its own free parking lot.

I love this place! They have lots of interesting flavors. The best part is that they have tons of toppings. Gives you lots to choose from. The only thing I wish they had was a loyalty card. Where after so many you get something free.

Very average frozen yogurt shop. Every time we go to VeggieGrill next door, we drop by for a quick desert. They have a lot of different flavored but honestly none really taste good except the chocolate flavor. They have a big variety of toppings. The cashier person is always MIA & I always see a different person, never the same person ever. The music is super loud that you cant hear the person next to you for the love of God. Overall, ok place.

It was my second time at cups and I really like all the different flavors of yogurt they have. Pumpkin cheesecake and Gelati are very good!

Self-​serve frozen yogurt place with a variety of toppings. Brought the kids in with our friends and their kids after eating dinner nearby. They all loved it and we loved that we could control the amount they consumed. The place is clean and well stocked, but a couple times the employee working there could not be found. Maybe he went to the back? I don’t know. The music playing was also a little strange. Disco or something. Anyway, the flavors were decent — but not as good as yogurtland or pinkberry — I still prefer those. All in all, if I were dining in one of the nearby locations, I would come back here and have some fro yo with my family.

Came here last night and store was minutes, scratch that, seconds to closing and she still let my bf and I get yogurt. So many FLAVORS and toppings all in one (TEMPTATION IS REAL PEOPLE)! ALL FRESH ALSO ^-^ #DELISH!!! Clean spotless environment, PERFECT for families and great customer service. This business definitely will have me coming back for more: D!

Hummm… Went by because they just opened up from a old yogurt shop but not too sure about this place yet… Lots of different toppings but empty as could be on a hot summer day… Which leads me to think how fresh is everything? I asked if I could use my 10% for Unilocal check in and the cashier had no clue what it was and she hardly spoke English… May have been the owner? Will try again but not to sure for now…
Owner replied back… Thank you but we did not go there on Father’s day if that’s your defense as a small business owner myself, customers are always right!!! Too bad, won’t be going there again. We were willing to try again but not any more!!! It’s a great location for yogurt after lunch around that area but it’s just too bad no one could get it right!!! No wonder this place keeps going out of business especially when competing against big businesses like yogurt land and pink berry!!!;) good luck!!! I always like to support local businesses but not ones with attitudes like this… Changing my stars as well…

We decided to give this place a try and it was overall a mediocre experience. The ambiance was a little awkward and the seating was uncomfortable. The candy option was pretty neat though. Overall would rather go to tutti frutti instead.

I’m going to review this establishment without even trying the food. The sign is ridiculous and confusing. It says «frozen yogurt– that’s hot». Wtf? Is it hot yogurt? If a business thinks this is a good idea, I don’t even want to try their food.

Great tasting fro yo but the music is awful. No one is ever sitting inside because it’s so loud and obnoxious. Change this music! I’ve been in multiple times and people have complained and left because of it. However, many great flavor choices and an abundance of toppings

I haven’t had froyo in a while! I prefer real ice cream to frozen yogurt. My boyfriend thought it was a cupcake place & wanted to go here after we had lunch at Fish Bonz. I told him it was a froyo place but he wouldn’t believe me, so off we went (so I could prove him wrong LOL). As soon as we got to the door, we peered inside and sure enough, it’s froyooo! He was sorta upset and said, «They shouldn’t put the words ‘That’s hot’ in huge letters on their window.» Hahaha. I’m quite certain they put those words as a joke. We weren’t going to go in but I figured we made the walk from Fish Bonz already so why not?
I guess I forgot how the froyo dispensers work. The middle dispenser just combines the left & right flavors and I was so disappointed when I saw a flavor called chocolate cake, but it was just mixing chocolate & the flavor next to it together. Haha.
They have this containers full of candy right before you reach the toppings area but I have no idea what they were for. They had wrapped candies and I wanted to get some, but does it go with the froyo or are they just sold individually??? There was no sign and I was too lazy to ask the cashier. Plus I had to beat the group of little girls that had arrived at the toppings station. Lol. Their assortment of toppings are what you’d expect from a froyo place: candies, chocolates, fruits, cereal, mochi, etc.
I didn’t mind the music (EDM status) and the volume level wasn’t too loud either.
I thought it all tasted pretty good, for froyo. It took me a while to get through the strawberries though; they were so sour! I liked that there was no line (which I suppose isn’t a very good thing…). We might come back if we’re in the area and craving froyo (highly unlikely, sorry!).

I totally called it when we parked near this place to go to the Hot Pot place. I said «Cups, eh? Looks more like Tits! I wonder if the sizes are A. B. C. D. DD. and more than mouthful.»
My GF was so proud.
Well it turns out the whole damned place is sexually themed. Just what the world needs more of… sugared up 10 year olds eating sex themed froyo.

The froyo was run of the mill.
There were unruly teens wearing close to nothing eating out of the toppings bins.
The staff wears inappropriate tank tops.
I don’t go to Hooters. I won’t go back to Cups. I like tits as much as the next guy but I don’t need the inference that my froyo is breast related or that ‘size matters, fill your cup’ or ‘it’s what’s in the CUP that counts.‘
Honestly take your smut dessert and go elsewhere. And try to keep gross fingers out of the topping bar. Yuck.

Picture Yogurtland with EDM music and flavors that are indistinguishable. Maybe that’s just the Hawaiian Pineapple. Maybe I shouldn’t have gotten multiple flavors but they all just tasted plain.
One star for the blueberry popping boba. That was such a treat. I might come back and just get that… just like how I used to go to this one froyo place and just get mochi for my mom. Haha.

So this is my first post. And I’m only doing this because this place is that deserving of it. This place is just absolutely amazing. I’m a huge fan of frozen yogurt and have tried nearly every place possible from irvine to Santa Barbara. And by a HUGE margin this place wins.
I’ve never been to a yogurt place where the environment is so welcoming and so friendly. This place with it’s music, it’s comfy sofas, it’s wide variety of flavors is absolutely the best place to take a friend or that special friend to have a nice frozen yogurt after a movie or dinner.
I went after dinner with my date and we absolutely loved this place and had a great time. Must admit the night only got better after we walked into cups.
Everything is perfect. The employees are too kind and cute too, I must say. And the toppings. There’s SO MANY TOPPINGS. They pretty much have everything a person would want on their yogurt. So great place. As you can see I’m very enthusiastic about this place. You HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT, I promise you, you won’t regret it.

New yogurt shop! The interior design of this place is pretty cool. Nice and brightly colored and fun to look at. You can hear EDM music already from the outside speakers as you walk into more EDM inside the shop. There’s a lot of flavors such as

Not sure if I was lured into this minimalistic snazzy and Barney-​hued FroYo spot by BPM playing in the storefront, or if it was because I had just been kicked in the arse by the Step class I walked out of 10 minutes prior. Regardless of the reason, I was glad my impulsiveness brought me to CUPS.

* A candy bar in a FroYo shop? Before you hit the usual cold case bar of fruits and cereals, there stands a clear display case of a couple dozens of bulk candies for you to stretch your imagination even further for your concoction creation… just mind the adult-​height case, it’s pretty obvious, but sticks out a tad, creating a minor trip hazard
* The interior design was in the color scheme of Barney’s skin tones, and decorated as it would in Willy Wonka’s living room
* Because I came during soft opening, I was rewarded with a $ 1 coupon to use on my next visit!
* The cashier chick was very amiable :)
Lessons Learned:
* Why are there 2 soap dispensers with different soaps in the pristine ladies room?
Yogurtland, who? I’ll be back Friday (⁷⁄₁₁) to check out the Grand Opening!

EDM!!! Walking in here was like busting through the festival gates into fro-​yo goodness.
Purple color theme which is cool. I’ll admit I like the color.
One flavor I wish they had was Taro. They have an extensive selection of toppings and a candy bar. A CANDY BAR! The prices per ounce of candy is the same as the yogurt @$ 0.49.
