Same-​day response! He answered my online inquiry promptly, and a couple hours later showed up as promised. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He showed me what was going on (a rat has found a way into the space behind the wall) and explained everything thoroughly, including what I need to do to prevent return visits from the intruder. Best possible outcome! I’ll definitely call them in the future.

I was exceptionally impressed with the service I received recently from Daddy’s Pest Control. I called them last minute late in the afternoon on a Friday and even though they were booked for the rest of the day they kindly agreed to come by on their way home. John, the owner and Eric came as they said promptly at 6pm. From the moment they showed up these guys were awesome! They did a full attic sweep; they were there until 7pm on a Friday; they were honest, fast and provided the most excellent customer service I have found in a business in a long time! I highly recommend them! Thank you John and Eric!

Yippy critters are almost gone!!! I really appreciated his customer service and how he did everything in write timing. He said 8 – 9 a.m. he got to my house at 7:55 am. LOL thats great!!!

We had a major bee infestation in our new home and we discovered it at 8pm on a Thursday. I called several pest companies and left messages. They were the first to respond and helped me diagnose the issue. They were at the house an hour later and sprayed for the bees. They also checked around the house to be sure there were no more bees. It was a little extra to have them come after hours, but they offered a 45 day guarantee on their services.
The next morning the bees were back. They had not been able to detect them in our chimney the evening before because of the darkness and bee hibernation. Daddy’s Pest Control came back right away and removed the swarm.
Very professional, quick, and highly recommend. We will be calling him first with any future issues.

They saved me! My cat brought a rat in and got bored with it. The rat was under my daughter’s bed. They came out after 10PM on Sunday and got that rat! I am now using them for my monthly service.

Owner has now twice posted the exact same response to my review. He has not bothered to privately message me here. Edit: Owner changed responses so that he doesn’t look so stupid.
They apparently get so many credit card inquiries that they can’t keep track of them. Otherwise, it’d be easy to find my records. Edit: Owner says that I got my money back from the credit card company. I didn’t because they responded to the inquiry, but they never contacted me about it. They obviously get so many of these, they don’t know who’s who.
They don’t care about their product or the customers. This company is only interested in you if you’re going to be a steady stream of cash. Go elsewhere for your needs.

We’re in our second year of monthly service with Daddy’s and are very satisfied. They eliminated a recurring ant problem and spiders now fear the perimeter of our home. Because we have a locked gate, John, the owner, calls ahead to confirm our appointment and work around our schedule. Inside and out, we feel protected from pests.
A couple of times, there was a bug that I took a picture of then and emailed the photo to Daddy’s. They quickly identified the pest and came out to treat the specific problem. (Evidently, not all bugs are created equal!)

Wow! It’s awesome when things just run smoothly. Thank you to John and Eric, they came out early on a Saturday morning to help us remove unwanted visitors, patch up entry areas and make our house back to new. Our neighbor is already asking for contact info.

It didn’t work. Deal was one initial pass for all my units (total of 3) and 2 or 3 more visits after to fumigate the surrounding of the building. It was impossible to figure out if those other 2 or 3 visits where honored. Also had to call for 2 or 3 more times because I still have a big roaches problem in one of the units within 30 days. I had another fumigation (inside) and the problem persisted. When I called again I have non-​warranty excuses to not show up.
It did not fumigate the roaches, it just fed them as the problem got worst over a few months until I just had all units fumigated again with a different company.
Waste of money.

John is currently servicing a property I lease, and he has demonstrated great knowledge, professionalism, focus on quality, and all while being polite. It feels good to be able to count on professionals like John for important services. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

I only realized now that I had reviewed this company before, having forgotten that at the time I made an appointment they had already come to visit. Here’s a second review. i have never had roaches in or around my property until a couple weeks ago when I discovered a huge one got into my house, which i got ugh, but scared the crap out of time, The next day, I saw several dead ones outside in my driveway. I called Daddy’s Pest Control. He removed the dead pests so I didn’t have to face them again, then sprayed inside and outside. I haven’t seen any since then, and don’t want to, but whatever he sprayed around my house not only took care of the roaches, but the annoying crickets in my yard appear to have made an exit as well as the ants who colonized near my garbage can have seemed to all but move on to other quarters. All is quiet now, and I am a happy customer. John’s a good guy. Great service and I recommend.

I totally meant to update sooner but someone returned to spray again… that time did the trick! Spider free for months! I’ll call them again if need be.

The owner John called me and left a messages today regarding my review. I appreciated his call, but don’t appreciate the Unilocal message he sent me. He said he has called me numerous times trying to schedule followup visits but I never returned his calls, and he said he offered warranty on the «out-​of-​line» work he did for me, namely, patching up the screen over the vent on top of my roof. Both statements were untrue.
When he last called me in last December, he was interested in making extra money on trimming the tree, cleaning up the gutters and patching up the screen over the chimney vent, I told him I only wanted him to get rid of the rats. When asked when he could do the followup work on rats, he said he had to contact me, he never did afterwards.
Last year John did call me a couple of times for followup work. In two occasions he called and said he’d be over on the same day, I took time off from work, waited for him, but he never showed up. He called later to apologize and said he’s running behind his schedule. I never complained about it. I gave him plenty of opportunities to do his job, but he’s never taken it seriously. Worst of all, he’s not honest.
Regarding the «warranty» he said he offered, I had to re-​read, word by word, the invoice/​receipt I got him, there’s nothing on there that indicates the «warranty» he mentioned in his Unilocal message from earlier today.
I believe a lot of people would be as impressed as I was when they see those pictures with dead rats that John (the owner of Daddy’s Pest Control) posted here, that’s why I hired him two years in a row. Unfortunately, with over $ 800 I paid, I have not seen one single dead rat caught by the traps he’s set up last year and this year! When I asked him why the baits were eaten but there were no dead rats, his explanation was that the rats were young rats, they were too small to be caught by the traps he set! Well, all I can say now is I feel so sorry that I hired Daddy’s Pest Control because I was impressed by the pictures he posted.
I just received another Unilocal message from John, he wanted to come over for followup work and pick up the traps. I agree with other reviewers, if customers like us have paid for the service, we are entitled to keep the traps, why does he have to retrieve the traps if there’s no dead rats on them? The only possible explanation is probably that these traps can be used over and over again elsewhere. It makes no sense how they can catch the rats if they were useless on the first place!
I would definitely not recommend Daddy’s Pest Control. Saving money to hire a small pest control guy might cost a lot more in the long run if the quality of work is poor, and/​or there’s no support on the work provided. I would rather spend more money hiring some established pest control company, at least I will have a company that would honor and back up their service, and I won’t have to pay hundreds of dollars for nothing!

It is a Saturday, and I have contractors working on the house. Work had to stop because of a newly hatched wasp nest. Called around to other local Pest Control companies, and got these responses:
«We are closed on weekends. „Best I can do is Tuesday“
Third try called „Daddy’s Pest Control“ their answer, I’m on my way. I’ll be there in 15 minutes». in less than 5 minutes, after their arrival, my contractor work was back on schedule. Less than a 30 minute delay. Price, very fair. saved me from spending more on idle contractors.

Okay, these guys are truly the greatest. I had a dead vermin issue and they were at my home within 2 hours. They couldn’t have been nicer. They assessed the situation, gave me great advice, and didn’t even charge me! Call them first for all pest control problems.

Called at 800 pm heard scratching sounds under my house. Asked if he could come out tonight, so not only my little one but myself to sleep better. John came out within 40 mins and checked the crawl space and in deed saw a huge momma racoon trapped underneath my house. He set a trap and let’s hope she comes out and traps herself in one shot. So far I’m impressed with the customer service. He is very cool and set my mind at ease on alot of things I’ve heard about them getting in my house. I will update when the damn thing is caught. 4 stars is only because I’m hoping for it to be trapped. But like I said great customer service. The price was $ 288 comes out four times for two weeks.

So, how can your review be less than a five when you get rid of a pest? John came over to handle a dead animal that we guessed was living underneath our house. There was a putrid smell coming from the hallway.
He was underneath and out with the dead possum in about 10 minutes. THANK GOD! The smell is still there but he assured us it would clear up in a couple of days. I’m so happy to be rid of that thing. John was very informative and nice and told us how to prevent stuff like that from happening in the future.
I could just be elated that there is no more dead rodent underneath the house and we won’t have to go through the hallway holding our noses. Thanks John!
