Every step of way checking to see if I was ok. Did the first part of cleaning! I came out with much better results even on first visit! I’ve never wanted to do a second visit and I’ll surely come back and refer everyone here. I honestly am ready thru them to get my teeth repaired to what they should be.

This dental office is very clean. It is a nice environment and all of the workers are very nice and caring. They will make sure that you are taken care of and that all of your needs are met. I recommend this place to everyone.

This is one the best around. I had a tooth ache and they got me in same day and got me a referral for a root canal specialist that same day at 5 pm. After getting my root canal they were on it to schedule me for my crowns.
On the day I was getting fitted for my crowns they also saw my 5 year old, from the start they were very gentle, it was a great experience all around.

I was scavenging around for a Dentistry in order to take care of irritating wisdom teeth, and found this place to be the crème of the crop!
After first going to several other places, I found that Dream Dental’s x-​ray scans were cheapest. They didn’t try to overprice me, which I realized some other dentistries tried to do. Dr. Kim offers overall great prices for his services, and I felt reassured that he was offering the best deals!
I concluded to needing two wisdom teeth removed, and had the appointment scheduled conveniently and right away. The process itself went by in an instant, I was in and then out. I went under sedation, and felt absolutely no pain or discomfort other than the standard pains from surgery. My check up a week later was done in fifteen minutes, and the healing process itself went by smoothly as Dr. Kim did a great job.
Having surgery in general can be really scary, but Dr. Kim seriously creates such a relaxing, safe, and comfortable place to take away the chills of procedures. I highly recommend this place!
To add on, the receptionist was so friendly. She (black hair tied back, Mexican I believe) put a smile on my face every time I came back, and even remembered my name.

Our family goes to Dream Dental and we love them. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! I had to reschedule and the patient coordinator went out of her way to keep an eye out for an opening for me. The hygienist was very gentle and answered all of my questions. The service I wanted was not economical for me at the time so she suggested an alternative and did it in the same visit.
My 11 year old son went in for his cleaning and exam. Dr Kim suggested that he get a few teeth extracted so the permanent teeth (that were already pushing through) wouldn’t grow in crooked. My son was very scared so Dr Kim ended up referring us to a pediatric dentist for sedation. They do sedation in the office but since this is a child he wanted a specialist. He was very reassuring and didn’t want to do anything to make my son scared of the dentist. Again the hygienist that did his cleaning was very Gentle and patient with my jumpy child!

They do good work here. Both Dr. Kim and staff are courteous and efficient.
Not as economical as my previous dentist, but not bad for South Bay area.

He also gave me his personal cell phone number in case I needed anything. I also received a personal hand written card from his office. I would recommend this dental office.

Going to the dentist has never been easier! The Dream Dental team is very positively, friendly and easy to work with. They work with you to make sure you get the best treatment possible and without breaking the bank. The enthusiasm of the staff here truly makes things more relaxing and inviting when every I pay their office a visit.

I completed my dental work this week with Dr. Kim. I am so excited about the results. I have the most beautiful smile my husband says. Thank you Dr. Kim and Staff. It took many appointments and a lot of hard work by the Doc and Staff. My patience of course was a big help to the process. We worked as a create team. I’m now ready for my yearly cleaning! I really enjoyed my experience at Dream Dental. All the staff is very friendly and professional. My husband who seldom compliments said «This was the best dentist I’ve ever been to». I would highly recommend Dr. Kim to friends and family. He is thorough in explaining what procedure he is doing as well as future care. The office has the latest technology and is tastefully decorated. Dream Dental is helping my dreams come true about having a healthy, beautiful smile.

We found Dr. Kim through our insurance company, as not a lot of dentists accept our policy type. My husband, myself and our 4 year old all see Dr. Kim. My 4 year old loves it there! Unfortunately pregnancy does a number on my teeth, and I needed a lot of work done. The cost of all the dental work was important to me, so Dr. Kim was straight forward (but very nice) about what needed to be done right away, which I really appreciated. The office staff is very nice, and Dr. Kim calls to check up on you… what other doctor does that?! I thought that was pretty cool. Very glad we found such a great family centered dental care provider!

I was at this dentist last month for dental work and Dr. Kim’s bedside manner, no compassion and arrogant. He suggested to pull all my upper teeth and I went to another dentist and that was not the case at ALL. The very best part about my dentist visit was the staff… extremely professional, friendly and they left me a message when I returned home. His initial visit comes off friendly, but arrogance kicks in!

I used to say if nothing broken or hurt then there no reason to fix it. So deciding a Dentist was crucial, since the last time I went was a Decade ago, and all I remember was just horrible memories when I was a kid. That’s why I’m so glad I found this place, right when I walked in the receptionists were so friendly and nice. I just went for a regular checkup because I was scared to do anything else, but even during an X-​Ray they kept asking if I was okay and if I was hurt? They were so gentle; they didn’t judge me about not going to dentist in years. They made me so comfortable I decided to come back a few days later to get my teeth cleaned and some fillings. Second visit, they already knew who I was and during the cleaning the Hygienist and Dentist were so nice, still kept asking if anything hurt and if I was comfortable. It was so nice I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep during the cleaning. I also kept getting goodie bags every visit. A few days later the Dr. Kim called me to see how I was doing and a few days after that I even got a card. I liked it so much, I was sad to find out it will be another 6 months for another checkup and cleaning, I would do it every month if I could. That says a lot since I hated the Dentist for years. I recommended this place to all my friends since they also haven’t gone in years because they always have a bad experience. But this place is the best.

I used to not like dentists til I found Dr. Kim and his friendly staff at Dream Dental in Torrance. Dr. Kim really cares about his patients. He is genuine and honest. His work is excellent. I just finished getting 9 crowns and a root canal over the last 2 months. They are by far the best crowns I have ever had and I have had a lot of crowns. He really pays attention to detail to make sure everything he does is done right. He personally called the next day to check up on me to see how I was feeling or if I had any question or concerns. His office is very clean and they use the most up to date equipment. Everyone in his office is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dream Dental /​Dr. Kim without hesitation.

GENERAL DENTISTRY is just a basic service.
Dr. Kim gives a lot of options just in place. From braces, invisalign, implants to just a cleaning, etc., there are a lot of options here.
What I love most about this place is that when I called and let them know that I didn’t have any dental insurance, they were quick to accommodate me and let me know that they have a special. Just with this, it calmed me from the situation that I was having with my prior dentist.
So they gave me a quick dentist appointment. Dr. Kim saw me right away without any waiting. I felt like I was the first and only person in the office but that’s okay. He then took xrays and then explained to me the same situation of my last dentist but told me into detail and really broke things down. He took out an ipad and showed me video of what was done, needed to be done and the process with that. He broke down the costs, concerns and then the options. There is a credit option that made it really feasible for me to actually take care of my teeth.
The first appointment went great. I took a couple of weeks to get back to him because of finances and a little miscommunication but came in to get my extraction. The process wasn’t incredibly painful. It was definitely uncomfortable. But he told me what to expect, prescribed me medication and called to follow up with how I was feeling. Things with Dr. Kim are very great and I am so incredibly happy that I found him.
The con that I find here is that the staff needs a little work. I wish that the medical assistant was a little more warm like the front desk and I wish that the front desk was a bit more «on it». I wanted to leave after my extraction because I wasn’t feeling well. I had asked to be called on Tuesday (the next business day because of Memorial Day) to schedule an appointment. No call. I called Wednesday but of course they were closed. So I had then called again on Thursday. I wish they were on top of it like Dr. Kim was/​is.
Another con is that I wish they had better hours but hey, I haven’t had an issue scheduling what fits me but even then calling on a Wednesday and not being open is weird to me.
Totally recommend this place!

Simply outstanding from start to finish. I used to dread a visit to the dentist’s office, but the quality of care I received from Dr. Kim at Dream Dental is truly exceptional.
