I guess I’m the first to review this bank. It’s a newer branch that opened up a few years ago. My company banks here and I love coming to this location. Everyone is really friendly and they always answer all of our questions and are really efficient. There is hardly ever a wait and even when there is a line it never takes long.
If I hadn’t been using my credit union for SO long I would definitely consider doing my personal banking with them. Overall, I have been impressed with all the services from East West Bank. I would highly recommend looking into using this bank if you are tired of your big American bank taking advantage of you!
