Our doctor at Eye Zone Optometry provides quality family eye care services which include thorough comprehensive eye exams, prescribing glasses, contact lenses (soft contacts, cosmetic contacts, rigid gas permeable lenses, and overnight orthokeratology), treatment and management of eye diseases and injuries, and LASIK and post operative cataract management.
Our facility includes a beautiful optical dispensary with thousands of eyeglasses and sunglasses to choose from, and an in-house lab to make glasses. Eye Zone Optometry stocks many of the latest styles in eyewear. We will take the time to help you select the best frames to suit your face shape and lifestyle needs.

Established in 1996.
Eye Zone Optometry Torrance has proudly served the South Bay community since 1996, providing quality family eye care services and a beautiful optical dispensary with the latest fashion eyewear. Previously located in Rolling Hills and Redondo Beach, Eye Zone moved to its current location in Torrance in 2005. Conveniently located near the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Hawthorne Blvd, across the street from McDonalds.

Dr. Nuntida Kathy Sangprasit (or known by many of her patients as «Dr. Kathy») has proudly served the patients at Eye Zone Optometry since 2008. She took over ownership duties in 2013, and strives to continue the excellence in vision care that Eye Zone Optometry is known for.
Dr. Kathy graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in 2007. Internship experiences include serving patients at VA Eye Clinic in Honolulu, HI, VA Eye Clinic in West Los Angeles, and VA Eye Clinic in Amarillo, TX. She has experience in the treatment and managment of ocular disease, including cataracts, glaucoma, and eye infections. She received her undergraduate training from UCLA, graduating with a degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology in 2002.
She has also served as an Associate Doctor at Riverside Family Vision Center for 6 years, and enjoyed serving many students and faculty from the University of California, Riverside and local community in the Riverside, CA.
