This location closed in January 2016 due to rent increase. Other locations still open, but unfortunately they’re too far away. This place was good, fresh, healthy and tasty.

Good quick casual lunch for those of us who work nearby… so far I’ve been sticking with the grilled tilapia with lemon pepper seasoning and trying out the different sides. The fish portion could be a bit bigger I think, in comparison to the sides.

Good food, friendly service, FREEWIFI!(Ask for code) I wanted something quick and cheap, so I ordered the Taco special any meat with fries and a drink for 7.99. I chose shrimp and it was tasty. The mango salsa was a sweet treat on my tacos. I’ll be back.

They have great food here! Nice portions too! The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that it could be a little cleaner you know? Get in those corners! The details matter

Got 2 tacos: shrimp and salmon. Both were excellent. Nothing was over cooked — and that’s saying something for the shrimp!(Tacos are $ 3 each or the better deal — a combo, $ 7.99 for 2 tacos, fries and a drink.) Good portions and I love their salsa — a bit different from the norm; it included corn and maybe something sweet-ish? I met a friend there on a Sunday which was perfect. No long lines, no mad house of people on a lunch break, no problem parking. It was nice just to sit out side, enjoy the breeze and not have to consume a lot of car emissions with my food.

I stumbled upon this place one day after leaving Walmart. It’s healthy eating and filling. I always order the lemon pepper salmon with brown rice and mixed veggies. I like how the salmon is never dried out or full of grease, but cooked well. The veggies are steamed just right with a slight crisp how I like them. Food is a nice size portion and prices are typical of these types of places. I think management changed a few years ago and prices went up a few dollars. The taste changed a tiny bit and portions were reduced slightly. It wasn’t bad enough for me not to return. Employees are always friendly and greet you upon entry. If you are into simple menus, healthy eating, and fast service, this place is for you.

This place has great food as I was recommend here! Before I arrived I reviewed the website to ensure I had enough cash with me and get an idea of what I was going to eat! Once I arrived at the resturant I noticed the prices online were not the same as the resturant pricing. There was about a $ 2 difference when I showed the cashier the price difference she retrieved her manager, I think was Rebecca, who told me she wouldnt oblige by the website pricing. Overall I would have expected courtesy from a customer based establishment it’s not a well known resturant & to say the least I will not be visiting their establishment again. That’s my overall experience.

No complaints about the food, you pretty much get what you expect in there. But, they always seem to forget something on your order… or it comes out late, or some little annoying thing like that.

This is my spot. Sometimes a bit salty but grilled salmon tacos are my favorite here. It’s a bit of a healthier quit spot. I’ve had the Mahi as well but the salmon paired with the mango salsa is pretty darn yummy!

I had to ask the cook,“what do you use in the cajun sauce? Any sugar added?” The cook replies, «none, we use no sugar in the seasoning.» Since nowadays, almost everything has added sugar to it. It doesn’t hurt to ask, but to the point, the variety of fish to choose from and the healthy alternatives of brown rice, vegetables, and more, allows this type of establishment to retain it’s rightful image as a healthy lunch alternative. Pricing is spot on where you pay a little more for salmom versus cat fish or trout. But why is that? Do some google research. It’s one of the healthiest form of fish to consume out there, but back to Fish’s Wild. The portion sizes are fairly large, especially the salad dishes. Keep in mind you receive TWO pieces of fish so you know they don’t skimp on the fish portions. There isn’t enough, however, to keep me wanting more and more from this place. There is just that small element that does not attach itself to every meal. Probably the«home cooked» fashion but it’s still a great place for something not so heavy. Overall, Fish’s Wild is a great spot for that fish craving alongside some refreshing side dishes. It’s a small, to-the-point spot with good service and reasonable prices. Would I go again? If it’s been a while since I had something healthy and with fish, most definitely.

Even though my favorite grilled fish place was only 5 minutes away, my boyfriend decided to try this place for lunch when he picked me up from work. It served mostly the same dishes as California Fish Grill and probably at similar prices as well. The place was much smaller though and less clean as well… at first we sat near the soda machine, near the restroom but it smelled terrible so we moved to sit in the front. I got the Grilled Tilipia with garlic butter sauce, brown rice and grilled zucchini — I didn’t like the brown rice or the grilled zucchini but the fish was okay — it was flavorful and flaky but didn’t keep me wanting to eat all of it. The portion was smaller than California Fish Grill as well. My boyfriend ordered the Grilled Salmon Salad and I definitely didn’t like their salads — first then don’t have their own dressing — they gave my boyfriend a packet of ranch dressing on the side. secondly it wasn’t the mixed greens that I like — it was pretty much a regular garden salad with the grilled fish on the side. Though at least they gave one more salmon filet. They also had some other stuff on their menu — one of which was the Spam Musubi which my boyfriend ordered and it was okay. The service was really nice though, the cashier and other staff were super nice and friendly but it’s sad for me to say that their food — taste and quality cannot compare with my favorite California Fish Grill. This place isn’t bad though — just isn’t as great.

Yeah. So. Um… I was really disappointed by this place. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I got the grilled tilapia with garlic butter, grilled zucchini and fries. I got it to go. Once I looked at my meal, I noticed my fish looked kinda weird. So I tasted it, and it was pretty bland. Then I got to the middle of the fish and it seemed under cooked. I couldn’t finish it. The zucchini was«blah«. The fries were decent. I might give them another chance. Looking at pictures submitted by other Unilocalers, some of that stuff looked good. But I feel like I wasted my money.

Let me start off by saying I don’t care for seafood, but I WILL go to this place! My husband ordered fish and chips and got two huge pieces of fish breaded in panko, making the fish light and not oily. I like the fish and shrimp tacos, and we both love the zuchinni. Not to mention the BEST sweet potato fries I have ever had.

1. they give you a big portion of fish! 2. It always seems fresh to me 3. It is the only healthy option near the jobs around here This is probably my favorite place to get lunch that is near work. I usually get mahi tacos or a grilled fish plate.

The food at this restaurant is pretty good. Comparable to The Fish Grill which is also located in Torrance. I ordered the salmon with rice and zucchini. Overall, I would eat here again. However, the food definitely lacks seasoning. I found the fish to be a bit bland. They do provide salt and pepper. The décor is nice. It has an ocean theme. I found the restaurant to be very clean and the customer service was good. I did not have to wait a long time for my order, and when it was ready the cashier handed it to me.

Had the Mahi Plate which was very filling. It’s a pretty big portion, comes with two sides. The salad with miso dressing was pretty delicious and the mahi was tender and meaty. I wanted to try a taco so the cashier recommended either the mahi or the salmon. I chose the salmon since we already had a mahi plate but I wish I had just stuck with the mahi. I wasn’t a big fan of the taco. The salmon was a bit too salty and with all the ingredients put together, I didn’t think the taco was that great. I think I’ll pass on that next time and stick to the mahi plate. Fish’s Wild Fish is a great place for lunch. Service was quick and somewhat friendly. Prices were somewhat reasonable… a plate and taco for less than $ 15. I’d probably come back again.
