I usually enjoy the burgers, but today my burger was pink in the miidle, obviously not cooked throughly. I was disgusted!!! I brought it back in for a refund because I only get 30 min for lunch. The cashier tells me all the burgers are cooked medium rare. Ive never had a burger from here with pink meat and my second patty on my double double was cooked through. I hate bad experiences at places I like. Honestly Ive had way better burgers so if they keep this PINK shit up I wont return. You can be IN but Im OUT!!!

Fast and efficient, don’t forget to check out the secret menu. The drive thru line can be pretty long but there’s plenty of parking to grab a bite inside.

There’s always a long line but it moves quickly. But trying to exit can be a nightmare. The interior is clean and you have your choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and very professional.

In-N-Out is perfect because of their cheap prices and delicious food. Most people usually get one of the burgers, but I usually get the grilled cheese. The grilled cheese comes with a bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese(of course), and secret spread(which is just 1000 island). I always ask for regular and grilled onions. The grilled cheese is only $ 2.15. It’s such a good deal. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy and the bun is perfectly toasted. I always ask for extra sauce on the side. Now the fries. The fries are ok. They aren’t that good. Until you get them animal style. Animal style fries are amazing. The different between animal style and regular fries are the following. Animal style fries comes with melted cheese, grilled onions and secret sauce. The combination of the fries and the toppings is amazing. Animal fries are a hefty $ 4 though, but they are worth it. The milkshakes are good, but nothing special. I don’t usually get it. There is always a long line at the drive-through. It takes me about 30 minutes to get through the drive through. I am not exaggerating. The service is friendly and fast. this location is one on of the best. I highly recommend it.

Love In-n-Out!!! Nothing beats a cheeseburger with grilled onions from this place! Great flavor and good price. Fries are freshly made as well. Store is clean with outdoor seating area. Parking can be a bit crazy coming in here during peak hours.

Ah, the crossroads. This was one of my many hangouts during high school. This place brings back a lot of memories of a time when life was so much simpler. Nowadays, I step into the crossroads for two reasons: Gyu Kaku, and In N Out. Seeing as I have other In N Out locations closer to me now, I rarely set foot in this one. But whenever I do find myself near the crossroad and I’m hungry, I hop inside for a 3×3. This locations, like most, is very busy. You get people from all over the south bay coming here for a bite. If you’re looking to spend the least amount of time waiting, I recommend dining in. In spite of it being so busy, I’ve never had an issue finding seating here. The drive thru is always packed, and you’ll be waiting longer there. Parking is not an issue either. The crossroads parking lot is huge, and there is never a shortage of spots. This place is as great as any other In N Out location. Check em out if you’re close to the Torrance crossroads.

This is the first inNout of Torrance and so it is near and dear to my heart. The parking lot is spacious and is frequently overrun with car meet-ups as well as frequent high school gatherings. The service at every inNout is outstanding so not much to decipher there. In terms of architecture, most of the layouts are generally the same but I’ve been to some strange inNout layouts where the line can curve around and awkwardly be next to an aisle of booths which is awkward for those that are dining in. I’ve even had several friends that have worked here so I know that this specific location is special. Notice that my review had nothing to do with food? Well that’s because the food is self explanatory. Can’t find a quality burger as great tasting that can compete with their price.

Not much to say here… Been coming here often since I can drive. The parking lot on weekends gets busy at very random times. Well all the time ha. Inside it usually is very clean and the staff friendly as always. They always wipe down the tables if they are able to prior to you sitting down. The food is a California Staple. Everyone that comes to Los Angeles, they always want to stop and In N Out when the arrive and right before the leave. Animal style everything is the way to go

It’s In N Out, who doesn’t like In N Out?! I mean c’mon, it’s kind of a Southern California staple as far as fast food is concerned. This location is good, not great as the facility was a bit on the dirty side but the product served as delicious as always. As a tip, add pickles to your double double and thank me later… Or you can always get that beast mustard fried, freaking delicious! Pros– Prompt service Delicious taste Nicely priced Mustard fried burgers Cons– Place was a bit messy Crowded Drive thru line blocked parking lot

Your good ol In-n-out. Seems like our go-to after hours spot. Never disappoints, haven’t gotten the order wrong yet. [knock knock] What do I tend to get here? It’s changed over the years, but as of now, I like… * Double-meat with whole grilled onions. * Animal Style fries well done. Fave will likely change again in a few months but you can’t go wrong with in-n-out.

I think that I’ll have to step up and be the one with balls to give In-N-Out a 5-star rating, because it deserves it. To put it simply, nothing compares to In-N-Out because no other«fast-food» restaurant is at the same level as In-N-Out. In fact, In-N-Out is the only fast food restaurant on the planet that doesn’t really qualify as fast food in my mind. All of the ingredients are fresh, nothing is frozen(I guess with the exception of their terrific milkshakes!), and everything is made on the spot. As a result, the food is always consistent and delicious. As already mentioned, the restaurants also retain their retro image and vibe, whether it’s the uniforms of their employees, the look of the restaurant, the limited menu options, the t-shirts, etc. Yet, it doesn’t seem tacky at all somehow, mostly since the company’s roots go back to when they opened the first drive-thru restaurant back in the late 1940’s in Southern California. They never«went retro,» they simply kept the same design elements that they’ve always had. Another thing about the employees, for that matter, is the extraordinarily high attention to courtesy, customer service, and simple likability. A typical visit for me is two Double-Doubles, a Cheeseburger, a chocolate shake, and the most gratifying sense of gluttony on the planet.

I’ve lived near this In n Out, for over 20 years. The staff is usually friendly. During peak hours, it’s always packed. Always clean and kept tidy for all to enjoy. It’s In n Out, so you know the food is great. Everytime I’ve ordered, I’ve always gotten the food the way I order it. But there was one time that I ordered to-go and 2 of my 3 orders of fries were missing. I noticed it when I got home. I immediately called and the customer service was excellent with making it up to me. They sent me 2 vouchers for complete meals. That was very generous and kind. So beyond that one mistake, service has been pretty good. Well done fries and a Neopollitan shake is fantastic!

No lettuce means… NOLETTUCE! Get on the ball, no lettuce on my hamburger! How many times do I have to say no lettuce. I’m writing this because Unilocal wants more.

I had been starting to grow sick and tired of In n Out for quite some time. While ordering for my brothers, I decided to get a burger and add some special menu items to the burger and see if that could spice it up for me and make me like In n out again. Im glad I experimented because I enjoyed my burger. I ordered a grilled cheese w/whole grilled onions, pickles, and chiles. It already comes with lettuce, tomato, spread and of course cheese. I opted out from adding meat so this could be considered a vegetarian meal. When I first took a bite out of the burger I didn’t taste any chiles. I was skeptical but then as I kept eating I tasted the chiles and pickles and it just gave me the spiciness and saltiness I needed. Im also glad I got whole grilled onions blended b/c it well with the burger. Next time I will add meat just to compare but I’m sure it will be just as good. This location tends to move quicker and more efficient than other local In n Outs. Since In n Out has a small menu, the secret menu is a good marketing ploy to bring continued excitement to this west coast chain.

Discovered In-N-Out Burger has slowly expanded to a few locations in Arizona Nevada Utah Texas and very recently to Oregon. cool! Hey the Flying Dutchman from the secret menu consists of two meat patties and two slices of cheese nothing else, be daring! As my Italian friend Giulia likes to say,.Provare per credere! «Seeing is believing!» :-)

This is my go-to burger place when I come home. Love this place! I’ve been a In-N-Out fan for years and never have I gotten a wrong order! I don’t know how they do it but they are ALWAYS on point in getting my order correct!

Consistency and quality. Did you know you can go into any In-n-Out and order a double double that will taste same whether you are in Las Vegas, Torrance, or Oxnard. I have been eating at In-n-out since I was a young lad and it was always been my go to burger when I have a craving every two months. I did waste time in college eating at Tommys but always came back to In-n-out. Now I order the double double animal style and protein style with a side of fries and opt for water since a soda will ruin the taste. Just avoid Friday nights here since all of the high school groms show up an loiter. In addition it is way quicker to come inside and grab your food vs waiting at the drive through, unless you are in your bath robe or something(TMI). When I was a tween I used to get a small vanilla shake but now that I am older lactose really beats me down. Sigh.

IN-N-OUT is always a good idea… The drive-thru goes by pretty quickly and I love that they usually have someone taking orders before you approach the speaker. This process seems to expedite the wait time. Everyone who works here is efficient and pleasant, which shows great leadership.

This particular location always seems crowded but their service feels more efficient than others. The line moves quickly and the food is typically great. I’ve eaten meals from here dozens of times and only remember receiving an incorrect order once(probably something to do with the lack of animal style, etc). Lots of people have difficulty maneuvering in the Torrance Crossroads parking lot correctly, so that may or may not affect your mood in venturing to this In-N-Out, but just keep your(stomach) eyes on the prize. Starving? Bump up the number of patties. Want texture? Get your fries well done. Thirsty? They’ve got an EXTRALARGE size soft drink. It’s taken me a while to admit this, but In-N-Out is the best fast food around. Flavor, freshness, consistency, service, speed, affordability – put ‘em all together and no other place can compare. Very happy to have one so close by.
