Dr. Joseph D Lim graduated from University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in 1997. Dr. Lim’s training also includes 2 year General Practice Residency program at Bryn Mawr Hospital, PA and Advanced Prosthodontics Residency program at West Los Angeles Veterans Admission Hospital (UCLA Affiliated), CA as well as numerous continuing education courses. Dr. Lim is also a member of American College of Prosthodontist, ADA, CDA, WLADS, former part time faculty at UCLA dental school.

Everyone friendly, the X-​ray tech gave me a tour of the office. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake as well. Cathy did my teeth cleaning and while working on me asked if I was doing ok. Dr. Lim is was nice as well. The office is clean and very modern. They have a Keurig machine too. Their tools are very up-​to-​date. Only downside is that they are busy so most appointments are every 2 weeks and prices are higher than other places.

This review is applicable to the office staff only, we have not made an appointment. This provider appears in our dental network, however they are unaware. Still has their old office address so if we were to submit a claim, I’m sure it would be rejected. Receptionist had no clue they were in our network and clearly not a priority since they moved over a year ago. Must be nice that business is doing so well they’re willing to forgo a patient with a pretty generous dental PPO plan.

One of the best dentists I’ve ever been too. He truly can come up with creative and smart ways to fix teeth. I would recommend him any day. You can tell he genuinely is interested in what he does and puts the patient first. His staff is courteous and caring.

Dr. Joseph Lim operates a truly first-​class dental office. (My smile/​teeth) and I have benefited from his extraordinary talents, professionalism and humanity. I could not recommend him more highly. His staff is just as amazing! And lastly, gotta love those massage chairs!

Very professional, gentle and dedicated Dentist.
I am a RDA who used to work with Dr. Lim a few years ago, back in 2002 – 2003, yes, 11 years ago. At that time Dr. Lim was a paid Dentist at another Dental Office, finishing his Residency program in Prosthodontist. I feel proud to say that I worked chairside with him, he is a tremendous Dentist, very detailed oriented doing what he is passionate about, «Cosmetic and Prostodontics».
Dr. Lim is very dedicated to his patients, he will give you the best quality care you may wish for. I personally enjoyed working with him, he is one of the very few reliable, ethic and professional Dentists I have had the chance to work with. Don’t hesitate in choosing him as your Dentist, you won’t regret it, as Dental Assistants, we know when a Dentist is a real professional and when is not, Dr. Lim will make sure you get the best quality job done.

Well this is long over due…
I got my implant done in Dr Lim’s Office back in Feb 2012. He has an oral surgeon come in to do the procedure. It was surprisingly quick and painless. I’m sure the drugs had something to do with it. Anyway, I’ve seen the x-​rays and it look great.
Between the two Drs I got a phone call later the same day, the next day, and a few days later.
The Oral Surgeon did a follow up visit to check on the sutures.
I used my FSA account to do the implant. I’m waiting until Jan 2013 to do the crown. In the meantime, Dr Lim gave me something to place in the gap at night to prevent my lonely tooth from falling over, due to lack of support.
Dr Lim is a gentle person, and enjoys talking to his patients. Great bed side manner. His staff is very helpful and communicates well. With the slight exception that they keep trying to talk to me in Korean. I have to remind them every time that I’m not very good at that.
