Joshua was instrumental in getting us re-​financed. I highly recommend him. We had three prospective lenders and we chose him because of his integrity and throroughness. Joshua was more than helpful and accommodating with every request I had. He was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to make the process smooth. Being that I know little about mortgages I asked multiple questions and started the processes very confused.
