Julie Mason – Pilates Instructor @ Image Pilates

I have been doing Pilates for years, but about 3 years ago, I switched to Image Pilates. Overall, I have had excellent instructors there. I do my prviates and semi-​privates with Julie Mason, and she’s EXCEPTIONAL. She is extremely kind, encouraging, passionate about what she does and knowledgeable. She is extremely conscious of form, and is constantly pushing you to get the most out of a workout. I have never had a boring workout with her. She’s always coming up with new, fun things for us to try out. She’s great in terms of her understanding of physiology. She’s also extremely responsible, punctual. I LOVE her.
If you want to do a group class instead, Taylor Montegomery teaches a class a 9AM on Saturday mornings. She’s awesome too — also very focused on form, always changing it up, and a really fun workout.
