Just Massage Studio

Was charged $ 70 for a massage I NEVER received. I called to cancel and was not told it was a problem. Make sure you don’t give you CC number. If you have an emergency or cannot make it the same day, you will be charged. They obviously don’t care what your excuse is. My son had a fever of 103 and I could not make it in. I am 8 months pregnant and was looking very forward to this. Don’t spend your hard earned money here. What a terrible business practice, never again.
Funny, the reply I received from the business owner. Here is what they don’t tell you. When you first call to make the appt. they take your CC number. Don’t be scammed into thinking it’s just for that appt. They keep it on file so that if you miss any other appt any other time, they will charge you. Every time a customer calls to make an appt. they should let that person know they have their CC and will charge them if they have an emergency and can’t make it. This place obviously cannot generate enough business that they need extra insurance. Don’t go here, terrible business philosophy and customer service. What exactly did they do to earn my $ 70? They took my call… THAT’S IT!

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and Paul is highly recommended. He knows exactly what to focus on and gives the right amount of pressure. Will definitely be coming here more often!

Been to my fair share of massage places in Torrance and by far Just Massage has the best therapists in my opinion. Specifically Branka. Whether a relaxing Swedish or a deep tissue/​sports massage Branka has magical hands. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. If and when you go there, ask for Branka!!!

I only gave it 1 star so that I can write this review. I had the most horrible, once in a lifetime but sort of weird experience today. So, i made my appt for 10am this morning and I made my appt with a female (I’m not going to mention names) when I get there they tell me I’m worth a male therapist. As i began to explain i had requested a female the lady i was supposed to have walked in on obvious distress. She showed very obviously she was extremely angry. Anyway, this paticular therapist along with another addressed an older gentleman as he walked in fighting (verbally) for his businesses. Well, it turned from verbal fighting to PHYSICAL FIGHTING… Yes, a hands on physical fight. As soon as I saw they were able to separate them I was out of there!!! I could not believe what I had just experienced. Here I was trying to distress and these Older ladies get to fighting.
I was looking forward to my massage too… oh well, they obviously have bigger problems then me. I really hope they work things out there.

I’ve been to this place about 4 times and I like two of the therapist the last therapist I had she just wasn’t my style. Didn’t like it. I’m very picky and I definitely recommend Paul. I can’t remember the other girls name that I like. … I believe it starts with a B but it’s a good place in the South Bay to get a massage for at a reasonable price.

Just had a one hour massage with Victor. He sure knows how to work out the knots in my upper back and great neck treatment. Moving out of state this week but will be sure to visit him when I’m in town. Victor was friendly and professional. Thanks for the fantastic massage.

I’ve had just a few massages here but of the different masseuses I’d recommend Paul. I’d imagine that most men would benefit from his ability to give a stronger sports-​like massage, but he’s capable of a great lighter touch as well. Very reasonable prices, clean and quiet facility, and great personalities are what will keep me coming back. This would be a great spot to bring someone for their first massage.

My husband and I went here on Saturday for massage. I was happy with Jina but my husband didn’t like his massage therapist.

Took my boyfriend here for a couples massage for his birthday yesterday it was nice. I made the appointment the day before over the phone, I had to give my credit card info since I was outside the cancellation window which was fine with me. We showed up filled out a form since it was our fist time going there, then we entered the room nothing fancy but it was a good massage. After it was over we were given a cup of water upon exiting.

This place is great, clean and nice people. Paula, the MT is the best, I went to a lot of msg places, by far she is my first choice, she knows where all my knots are and works with care. Strong, good pain massage, Just amazing, my headache and pain was gone afterward. Great friendly service place.

Just walked in to see if I can get a Friday morning massage. 2 ladies were standing at the counter, uninterested in assisting me. I asked if I could get a massage, and one looks at her watch and says the lady isn’t here and I have to come back. That was it! No time, no appointment, the end! Then they continued to finish their conversation. Great customer service, Just Massage. Won’t be going there again!

I have gone here twice and I am definitely going to keep coming!!! The massages are amazing and the environment in the room screams relaxation.
The prices are pretty good too. I got an hour massage for $ 45. I love this place& I recommend it.

I liked this place a lot. Normally I’m just straight deep tissue massage. But this place does Thai massage right. Its not awkward at all. I had Sarah and she was very good.
This place is nice and clean, very organized.
So give this place a try. Also they have specials when you check in.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I had a few massage therapists massage me but the best masseuse is CHAIENE, she’s strong, knows a lot of techniques and is very knowledgeable! She made sure she can loosen up and get rid of my knots and tight spots! She is very professional and she enjoys her job! When she massages me, I feel like I’m at a hotel spa. The place has a spa like feeling like a hotel with less of a price. I have a lot of stress and have a very strong back and neck, CHAIENE gives me a deep massage finding my knots and loosens them up. Not every masseuse can do this! I have gone to many spas but had massages but not every massage therapists can get rid of my knots! So don’t waste your time going somewhere else, Go to Just Massage in Torrance and have CHAIENE massage you!!! Make sure you book in advance cause she can book up quickly cause she is the best!!!

I’ve been to Just Massage about 8 times now over the course of a year. I was referred by a coworker since it’s fairly close to where we work, and I always get a basic 1 hour massage. Overall, it’s a pretty good place. The ambiance is really nice. Low and comfortable lighting. Always nice, calming music piped into every room. The staff is always nice and inviting, and it’s easy to get an appointment; even same day. It’s also very clean, and has none those creepy illegal bordello vibes like other massage places in the South Bay.
Here’s why I gave it a 4 star rating:
*The walls and doors are very thin. You can hear everything being said. They have like 8 rooms, but I always seem to get the first 2 which are right by the front door/​reception area.
*I’ve seen about 4 different massage therapists. Each seems to have their own style for a basic full body massage. Some people may not care about that, but I like consistency when I’m trying to relax.
My favorite therapist is Nina! She’s kinda my go to girl. I try to book her every time. She’s really great at hitting all my problem spots, and really works on those knots. She takes the time to really work and smooth everything out. I hear Chiane (pronounced Cheyenne) is really great too.
Overall, a great place for a professional $ 45 dollar 1 hour massage!

Came for Back Pain relief.
The inside is very nice and staff is friendly. I got a 1 hr deep tissue massage with Jina. She did a good job and got a lot of my knots out.
$ 45 for a 1 hour massage is pretty cheap

Came here for the second time on Monday, a few days ago. I called around 1pm asking if they did same time appts, and to my luck they did! Got me scheduled for 5pm, and they pared me up with the same gal I had last time (which was 6+ months ago), I guess they keep it on file! Which was fine with me, because the woman was great.
Her name is Jina. She was very kind, and made me feel very comfortable. Before the massage started I told her about my recently healed broken hand, and to please be careful with that spot since it is still sensitive. She made sure to handle my right hand with care, and didn’t hurt it at all. During my massage she kept me covered up, and made sure to ask how I was feeling. She even asked if I needed any areas worked out more than others. I really appreciated her focusing on my lower back like I asked. Also, after she was done with my back side, she asked if I wanted a hot towel so she could wipe the oil off of me, and I said yes. She had no problem doing so. I thought that was awesome. Very warming and accommodating lady.
Overall, it was a great massage. You can’t beat $ 45 for one hour! The room had dimmed lighting, relaxing quiet music, and the sheets are warmed up for you prior to laying down. Go get an appt and ask for Jina. I’ll definitely be returning.
