I dont want to give any stars! Dr kim did two procedures on me. He told me after the last one to get an xray in a week and come to him for a follow up appt. for free since he doesn’t take my insurance. All he has to do is look at the xray to see if the stint he and another dr put in is still there. if not they have to go in and get it. Ok so I call today to make the appointment and the lady is a total B****. Telling me nothing is free and all kinds of smart ass stuff. Wow
Total disrespect right off the bat. If they dont call me back since she was s ooooo hard headed about making an appointment for me im going back to talk face to face and show her all my paper work
Dr Kim get new office staff please. they are ruining everything for you dude.

Dr. Kim is a wonderful man and an extremely fine doctor. He is very professional, caring, personable, and competent. I feel very safe and cared for under his kind ministrations. He has performed 2 colonoscopies on me in fine manner. He takes a very personal interest in his patients. And his staff is extremely friendly, helpful, thorough and skilled. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Kim.

The front office totally sucks! They don’t do there work. Went in w/​my grandma for an appt & the doctor needed to see the result of the procedure that was done to her. Told the lady in the front to get the medical records from the hospital which she got the procedure from, & she told us that the person in charge wasn’t there. I called the hospital myself and they said anyone in the medical records can fax them the information, the lady in doctor Kim office didn’t do her job and on top of that she didn’t put there fax number on the request! I would not recommend this office to anyone to go to!!! No STARS
