Just had three small posters framed at L&K framing they look great did a great job mounting them on foamboard no wrinkles no creases. The frames are nice, ready for hanging the wires on the back. Customer service very helpful

Before visiting the store I researched online for preset frames, but found this custom shop to be the best price, best deal, best value.
On my first visit I had a diploma, artwork, and a significant document framed. All turned out great! Now I’m going back with 3 more pieces.

Beware of this place. All the 4 and 5 star reviews are misleading. We came here with a print about 2 months ago and asked for what we thought was a relatively standard frame job. A simple white frame with matting on the sides. We picked out the frame and even texted a picture to the sales person with what we wanted the final product to look like. We got a quote that we thought was pretty good and was told they’d call us back when it was done 10 days later.
About two weeks later we got a call saying the job was done and we could pick it up. We did and, well, it was the total opposite of what we had asked for. Instead of a white frame, we got a brown and there was no matting on the sides or top and bottom. Ok, fine, everyone makes mistakes. We hoped they would say «sorry, we’ll fix this right away» (like any legitimate business would have done). Instead, however, they (the manager, Addison) blamed the guy who took the order and said it would cost me another $ 50 to fix their mistake. I really wanted to get it done, so I reluctantly agreed to pay the additional $ 50 and they told me they would call in a week when it was done. I also submitted the picture again to make sure they got it right.
Two weeks later, I hadn’t heard back so I gave them a call. They said it would take another week to get it done. A week later, the manager left me a message saying «Sorry, we made a mistake, it is going to cost you ANOTHER $ 50 to get your print framed.» Really? I called him back and told him I wouldn’t pay them any more money and that they already gave me two different quotes and the right thing to do would be to eat the additional $ 50 and leave it at that. He kept saying «his boss» told him the I had to pay the additional $ 50 and then when I pushed back he hung up on me. Quite the professional response, I know. I didn’t hear from him again.
A week later I stopped by and asked for a status. He kept insisting I pay the extra money at which point I told him I just want the print back and a full refund. I was shocked that he simply agreed. Reputation is what small businesses live on. Why wouldn’t he do the right thing and agree to pay the $ 50 and make $ 230 in the process? Instead, he ripped the print out of the incorrectly installed frame and just handed it back to us (would have been nice if he at least offered to give us the frame as a make-​good, even if it wasn’t to our specifications).
I can’t speak for the framing skills for this shop. However, they don’t do any of the framing on site and the people who work there have no clue about the intricasies of framing. I can say that after having visited the «2 For 1 Frame Store» in Redondo Beach after the debacle at L&K. The guys at 2 For 1 clearly know what they’re doing. They asked a bunch of questions, gave us dos and donts with regard to the particular print and quoted us a price that was equal to the (third) quote from L&K. AND they do all their framing in house.
L&K may advertise good deals, but be careful. You get what you pay for.

Great place, super clean friendly, nice, neat and organized and professional. you get discount with the coupon first time you go there. I was very satisfied with the work and the framing I did for my art; Very reasonable price as well, yes very happy customer, definitely will come back again.

I was a little wary of taking my prints to a store on the border of Torrance and Palos Verdes (small shop, most likely very overpriced). I saw the $ 24.95 sign outside, and figured I’d go in and get a quote. Was glad I did!
There are three major points when deciding on framing: price, delivery times, and quality.
Price: The price was very good — I wanted a glass frame with a simple black wood frame. For both prints (one poster, one painting) was quoted very reasonable prices ($ 30 and $ 40).
Delivery times: They do the work in a week. Not a day if you’re in a hurry, but if you have a week, it will work.
Quality: The quality was top notch. I was really impressed at how good the prints look. The frames are wood and the framing looks perfect.
I think I’ve found my framing store for all my future framing needs.

If you are looking for superior service at a very affordable price relative to the competition, you should seriously look no further than L&K Framing. They did an amazing job in framing an Antelope Impala Animal Skin that I purchased in South Africa. It was an extensive job as the skin was very heavy. The weight of the skin caused for much stronger stitching in comparison to a typical jersey or standard item that’s more commonly mounted. Despite my out of the box request, they got the job done & exceeded my expectations.
Addison, the store manager that works Monday thru Friday displayed a great deal of patience at assisting me to pick the right wood framing that matched the skin specifically to my liking. Thank you L&K for making my house look more and more like a home! Your service is amazing & I am exceptionally pleased with your first class service & great pricing!

I needed to frame a few prints and found this place on Unilocal.It’s true what the other reviewers wrote, the prices ARE really good and they have such a huge selection on frames and mats. I received invaluable help and input on how I should frame the prints, totally worth going to this place. Previously I just took my pictures and prints to Aaron Brothers and Joannes, places like that. Not only did I receive zero input and help, but at the end I paid so much, I felt like I was buying a museum piece. Will definitely be back!

I came here after getting a quote from another place. L&K was much better priced and did a great job. Definitely recommend this place.

This place is absolutely amazing. Great customer service, and really reasonable prices. I will always go back to L&K for all my custom framing.

I went to L&K because I have a sentimental piece that I needed framing. Nathan was so professional when I went in for a quote, gave me options and some advice. When they framed the print, they also took care of some tares. The prices are very reasonable! I will definitely come back here if I need other things framed.
