Best place to get your dog groomed! My huskies love it there! Very professional, friendly and loving.

Been using these folks for years — they are wonderful, careful, thorough & professional. Immaculate mobile grooming vans & a beautiful salon are something I look for. Apparently they love to groom cats as well.

Im so happy i found this place! I brought my 5 month Maltipoo for the first time and feel in love with his cut. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We definitely will be coming back! I recommend to ask for Kat although im positive all the groomers here do a great job! She took care of my dog and did such a great job!

Wonderful staff — You can tell they love animals here and take care when handling our fur babies. My dog enjoyed getting his hair cut here. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful.

After my troubling last visit, Lucky Dawg did call me to see if my dog was okay. This place is good, but I think they might rush the dogs through the process too quickly. When my 20lb dog is fighting tooth and nail not to go in, then I have to figure out why. I would bring my dog back, but I might ask for them to go slow next time (she’s usually done in less than 2 hours, compared to other places with can take up to 4 – 5).

Everyone was really friendly and they did a great job. My pooch has very short hair so we didn’t get a trim or a style, just a bath and nail trim. The rates were good and my stinky girl now smells like an Angel. We will come back for sure. It’s a great location for us, and it’s a nice big clean facility. They have obviously sunk some money into their facility and it’s nice to see.

I dropped Charlie off for another grooming and Jade was great with him! So happy he looks great, she did exactly what I wanted, and didn’t take long at all. Thanks guys!

Mike is the best! Our 3 doggies LOVE him! He is the only one my senior dog trusts. He does a great job. Staff is lovely.

Great place to get your dog groomed, it’s in the same center as Ralph’s.
Went here for the first time and basically got everything done: hair cut, flee medicine, nails cut, bath and teeth brushed.
My dog looked great and smelled good to, they have the option of mobile grooming to, so they’d bring a van to your house and do all the grooming in the van.

I hope anyone who has read my initial review detailing my horrific experience will go on to read this.
It was with great hesitation that I even posted the incident back in May in which my dog had been seriously injured during the grooming process. I had eventually posted it months later as a duty to other dog owners, and am sharing the follow up post with the same regard.
Mike responded to my message with his phone number leading to a conversation in which he took great care in genuinely listening to my story, asking questions about my dog and my experience, apologizing and taking responsibility as a business owner and animal lover.
I learned that they, as business owners, take care in hiring great staff, however despite their reference checks and certificate requirements, accidents still happen. The groomer who had harmed my dog I’m guessing was afraid therefore mishandled the situation dodging any liability. Shame on her. Rest assured she is no longer with the company. Unable to depict exactly what happened resulting in my dogs injury, I can’t ask Mike to say for certain that this happened here. Nonetheless he took responsibility for the terrible groomer and recouped me my vet costs. I gesture I greatly appreciated.
Instead of taking down the previous post, I decided to further explain the entire situation as I feel that this type of knowledge is an important reflection of businesses and business owners.
Thinking back on the experience made me feel so horrible that i let my pup down. It sat sour with me for months to come. Mike gave me such closure and peace with the i incident — I couldn’t ask for a better resolution: my dog without pain and an endearing off-​centered tail wag, and an apology from a truly good man.

Been going here for months since they let you groom your own animals. Every time I come here you see new employees.
The owner is nice but you rarely see him, now his rude wife with an accent is ruining the business. Saying things like, they’ve changed their policy. I came in 45 minutes before closing & as we enter the owner has to remind us 3 times that they close at 4.
Told some new employee at the front desk that she’s rude & lost our business. Employee just shrugged & said ‘oh well’

Took my puppy here from his first grooming up until his most recent. On one occasion, they cut his nails too short — to a point where he was bleeding — and his fur was choppy. Spoke to the manager (has a distinct english accent) and she said his next grooming appointment would be complementary. Take him there this time around and when I tell the receptionist that his hair cut was supposed to be complimentary, her and the manager start making rude remarks, saying how my puppy is difficult to work with and troublesome. NO NEED TO BE RUDE, especially when they looked at me like I was making the whole thing up. Even now, his haircut is choppy and unprofessional. Might I also add, I dropped him off at 1PM thinking it would take an hour or so for his appointment, and they didn’t call me until THREE HOURS later. Needless to say, they’ve lost a repeat customer.

They asked how we wanted Shrimp’s haircut and the result was perfect. Shrimpy seems happier and more spirited without the long hair. Plus my wife was impressed. Lucky Dawg is a safe bet!

Great service, same day appointment. Did I day great service? They also have self washing tubs and the furminator to take care of my dog’s shedding. I’ll be back!

Just picked my baby up from Lucky Dawg and they are my new favorite groomers! They got me in with next day appt, on A SUNDAY!, might I add. And had him done within like 2 hrs… That’s awesome in dog grooming time!
They are super friendly, very clean, cage free (major plus), and darn good at what they do! I’m really impressed with this place!
Highly recommend them!

I’ve been here twice now. Both times I was greeted with exceptionally nice people. Both my fur kids are hard to wash with their double coats and love for dirt & mud. I like that the rooms are spacious enough that the first washed dog doesn’t get all wet while I’m washing the second. I also like all the supplies at my disposal. Today they were gushed on with lovely compliments and given holiday bandanas.

I love taking my dog, Jake, here to give him a bath. He enjoys the quality time and feels fancy free after he’s all clean.
They offer everything you need: shampoo, towels, brushes, ear cleaner, cotton balls, and great doggy cologne.
$ 20 to keep my bathroom clean and to have someone else clean up after me?

I’ve been to several self-​serve dog wash and this by far has the best service, clean environment and friendly/​helpful staff :-) We will be coming back soon to try out their full service wash :-)

The co-​owner Mike has been grooming our dogs for years. You get that same personalized touch from him at the self-​serve dog wash. This includes his tips on getting rid of skunk odors! Actually he did a great deal of the work himself. He is patient and loving with all animals. The self wash area is well equipped with necessary supplies.
