We are LA’s first bean-​to-​bar chocolate factory based in Torrance, California. We opened in 2007 but have since relocated to open our flagship retail store. We have a small chocolate café in front of our factory with hot chocolates, mochas, and daily chocolate treats. Come down and discover how chocolate is actually made!

Got lucky on Valentine’s Day weekend cause they had the retail store open for a day (store front closed while undergoing remodel). I stopped in for one thing and ended up with a few. The chocolate dipped grapefruit peals are so good and the strawberries, wow. Great people and family.
Can’t wait till they get to do the full opening, the family and I will be supporting them.

Jeff and his wife Naomi make really great chocolate.
I like their 89Bar and 74Bar. A single bite of either is worth the cost of one bar.
I have had their truffles, and also have sent their truffles as gifts.
You can either pickup the various chocolates at their location, have it sent to you, or they deliver at times.

I LOVE this chocolate. So delicious. Healthy.
My fav is the 100% Organic Cacao Healthy Dark Chocolate bar because it doesn’t have any sugar and it tastes good… and have at least 3 pieces a day. Also love to treat myself to the Ghost Pepper Caramel! Yummy, yummy, yummy!
It’s my go to gift idea, where I get to select 5 individual pieces that they package in a darling pistachio box. The last couple of times I chose a sea salt caramel, ghost pepper caramel, green tea ganache, triple dark, and Thai tea.
It’s fun to purchase from Naomi at Torrance Farmer’s Market and looking forward to their store opening soon!
