There is no DOUBT in my mind — that Randy and his super-​assistant April are the BEST! We had and have commercial, residential and automobile insurances with Farmer’s Insurance –
But its the insurance agent which counts to get back to you immediately. I have to many special situations, that no matter what always happens, they both can accommodate my detail and over-​the-​top requests.
And when there was an automobile accidents, flooding on the premises, lawsuits over neighbor’s claims and other matters, Randy was there to oversee the process and hold our hands (meaning me and my 83 years old mother’s hands) while we had a meeting of inspectors for the property for testing. And we, with his help, had no problems at all.
And the recent automobile accident — April was there with all the paperwork and talking with the adjusters to get the claim going — really — how many agents are so «hands on» with every moment to get the claim processed. Really feel that we are the «celebrities» with them that April is our own personal secretary — but I know they have lots of clients so I’m really AMAZED that April can do so much in an 8 hour day — I don’t think that she ever stops — and she will follow through — Wow!
And super April who is always in the office. Ever notice that many insurance agencies never seem to be there when you want someone there at the office? Well April is there and always, before the end of the day, always get back to me with an answer (s)!!! I feel so sorry for April which all the piles of work we pile on her during the year — but she always comes through.
So we have been very happy forever!
