Nails 4 You

Very friendly staff but I’m disappointed again to say I regret coming back. My paint job on my nails is sloppy, my edges weren’t painted and I probably needed an extra coat overall. I could have saved myself money but now I’ll be doing my nails again sometime this week, elsewhere.

Here it goes … Beware of this nail salon — HORRIBLE customer service!!!
I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years. I usually don’t get my nails done because I like my nails natural and don’t like to add any toxic to them. When I first came here about almost 5 years ago, the only guy (maybe the owner) who works there seemed very cool, did an OK job w/​my nails that I’ve decided to come back maybe once a year to do my nails if needed to. I did notice two kids running around, yelling, crying and playing and asked who the kids they were and he said «mine», then I saw this older and correct me if I’m wrong looked/​seemed «mentally ill» guy who just lounges in the waiting area, laughs, talks to himself and paces around. I also have seen huge roaches and I kindly let the Woman who I believe owners Wife know that there were roaches behind the spa pedicure chairs and she just smiled and ignored me.
I desperately needed to get my nails done this Friday as I was informed I needed to go to NYC for business. As I was driving home I decided to just get a regular manicure and of course I brought my own tools.
I arrive, I was attended by the most sweetest lady. I waited about 20 – 25 minutes for them to air dry naturally. Before I left, I asked if my nails were dry and they said yes and sprayed this dry spray thing they use. I arrive home, wait another 20 minutes to do things and notice smudges and bubbles. I’m extremely upset. I can’t do anything because I have to go and catch a plane. I leave, on the plane I want to cry, I can’t believe I’m going to a business trip w/​messed up nails. Time and money wasted. I finally have the time to call the nail salon which I had to find them here on Unilocal today, I call them explain the situation and the guy (who I believe is the owner) blankly says «no» sorry, I can’t help you. You should have came back or called the day of which was Friday and today is Sunday. I’m sorry, but catching my plane and career is far more important then trying to call a nail salon to see if they can redo my nails.
I can’t believe how he treated a customer. So rude ! I clearly told him he lost a costumer. I’ve let a lot slide and for them not to compensate me is clearly ridiculous.
It’s not a clean place obviously if they are roach infested. Not a place to come and relax, because you have 2 boys running around playing tag, yelling, crying and now his Wife just had a baby 1 month ago, so soon it will be 3 boys running around and not letting you enjoy your little spa day and not to forget the mentally ill man who sits in the lobby. This business is so strange and I tried to give them business as I tried to look pass this and thought they were just an Asian family trying to make ends meet and brought the WHOLE family to work. Needless to say I also brought my own Essie nail polish (they have horrible nail polish options). So all I was asking for was for them to repaint them.
I’m disgusted how I was treated over the phone. In disbelief! I will no longer come to Nail For You.

So I arrived 25min before closing and they refuse to attend me ! Worst experience of my life not coming back. they didn’t greet me at all. all they did was stare with wtf faces !

I had such a great experience here yesterday. I brought my little sister and her 10 year old daughter here for a «girls’ day». Neither of them had ever had a pedicure. They were both nervous. I haven’t had one for about a year so I was excited. The ladies in here are so sweet and so gentle. They asked my sister as she was sitting there «Are you okay? Is this okay?» And my niece was in heaven. She got a cat on her ring fingers and a butterfly on her toes. And their prices? Believe what everyone says. The price is VERY affordable. I tipped 25% just because I think they are worth much more than that. My feet look fantastic. We had such a good time here. We are sooo coming back here. It seems like a normal nail spa on the outside, but walk inside and you’ll feel like you are at a Santa Monica or Beverly Hills salon.

I’ve been coming here for years and I love it. I always get a Thai tea for free. The prices don’t break the bank and my nails always look stellar. They are friendly and super sweet customer service.

I loved my manicure and pedicure. They are very sweet and are determined to exceed your expectations! Definitely, will come back!

Overall, great nail salon and I will definitely be back. Everyone looked like they were getting what they wanted including long pointy acrylics, to French pedis. I highly recommend.
My gf and I came for a walk-​in pedicure on a Saturday morning. This is a popular place, and you may have to wait ten minutes or so. Big massage chairs and TVs. In addition to the regular pedicure and leg massage, they also offer an exfoliating scrub at no extra charge. My pedicurist didn’t cut my cuticles too far back, which I appreciated, (less chance for unexpected pain) but didn’t really need. I would have liked a more thorough pedi. It was hard to communicate since my pedicurist didn’t speak English well, but she was very sweet and made a few attempts at earnest conversation.
When you are tipping and paying with CC, you will be charged the tip amount to your card, and they will hand you cash to give to your manicurist. I think this is great, since there were many times when I was afraid the tip wouldn’t get to the right person.
Pedicure was $ 15. I tipped $ 4, so $ 19 for beautiful and shiny toes.

Nice place but wasn’t impressed with the mani or pedi. Looks like a child could do a better polish job. Not satisfied at all. they provide a foot scrub and hot towel wrap so that was ok.

Extremely friendly and genuine. I love coming here to get my mani and pedi’s. The owners are always here, and always make you feel comfortable. So comfortable to the point where they offer water or thai tea every time. My nails last about two weeks before chipping, and still look amazing. Definitely my go to nail salon.

Awesome customer service! I would recommend all my friends and family. They are super nice and always remember you. They serve ice tea and make great convo. I have been on a mission to find a good or even decent salon and so far they are the best. Not to mention long lasting polish and cheapest with great quality!

My first time there, I have to say was very pleasant nd relaxing. The people were polite and offered me delicious Chai Tea (not too sweet, just right)…$ 18.99 for a mani/pedi…good deal!

Don’t go here!!! I highly doubt their liscenced and they charge so much to point acrylic nails. 6 $ extra. The sign reads 15 $ full set…
ITS A PLOY TO GET CUSTOMERS IN THE CHAIR SO THEY CAN OVERCHARGE YOU!
The tea was nice but the nails were ugly (embrassed to take a photo and show) and they charged 60 $ for 2 full sets. Go elsewhere.

I love this place! Everyone is super nice, they always offered, water or Thai tea. Only $ 19 for mini and pedi, can’t beat that…

I absolutely love this place. I get crazy Instagram full sets and naan (the mail manicurist) does an amazing job every time. I’ve never left unsatisfied and I’ve left other nail salons yelling before haha! I can’t say much for the others but for the price this place and naan are well worth it. I spent $ 33 today on stiletto nails and a pedi for escape all hallows eve and I couldnt be happier. Brought my bf for a pedi and he really e joyed it as well. Free Thai tea and water is definitely a plus as well! 100% recommend nails 4 you and specifically naan!

Worst place ever!!! 2 people know what they doing there all the rest have no clue!!!
I got a pedi meni there twice, my skin started growing weird, on the second time my finger was bleeding none stop! Again the other two people are good my mom got treated by them, then I called to make an appointment for my mom not for me and they won’t take her because what happens to me which a waiting customer saw asked me I told her so she left! So now my mom is being punished too!!! Not a professional at all!!!
Now that I went somewhere else my skin around my nails is growing much better! ;)

I haven’t gotten my nails done in so long. I cme here called in before I came to make sure there was no wait.
I got long acrylics matte black. Came out to $ 23 total I left a 5 $ tip because Nanh did an amazing job !
A day or two after my pinky nail broke and they fixed it for free :) his wife is super cute and nice. def will come back. His little boy is so adorable!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years. This is a family owned business and the couple that own this place have 2 little boys. They are so sweet. However if you need some quiet this might not be the place for you. But I love the kids so I don’t mind them playing. I also come here because the prices are great and they do a wonderful job on my nails every time. Friendly and good service.

I just love this place. Monday thru Friday you can get a spa mani and pedi for $ 19! Such a great deal. They are so nice and they do a great job. I bring my own polish so I can not speak to the polish selection but from what I have seen it looks good.
I have been to a lot of nail places and this is by far my fav and you cannot beat the price.

If you’re anything like me, you’re probably sitting in your car between errands trying to find a cheap nail salon near you before it’s too late to squeeze in that manicure. Time is of the essence, so I’ll cut to the chase. Two reasons why this wouldn’t be the right place for you:
1) You want peace and quiet, a kinda zen experience.
This is a family operation, and family includes two little boys likely under the age of six. They definitely play and sound like boys under the age of six. The complimentary thai ice tea (offered kindly without me even asking) was yummy, and the woman who did my nails was perfectly sweet, but there will be children crying and it will be less than zen.
2) You want a french manicure.
It’s $ 13 for a french manicure ($ 10 for regular), so I’m not expecting the best nails to grace the streets of Torrance heading in. What I end up with is. less than good. The white tip on my right pinky squiggles onto the light pink part and the light pink parts on several fingers are uneven, like plastic wrap that hasn’t been properly stretched out. When the tips chip only two days after my manicure, I’m actually relieved. Now I can remove it all without feeling guilty!
Why three stars, then? Because it’s tough running a family-​owned small business, the price point is as good as it gets, and the people do seem genuinely nice. I wanted to read my Kindle and my manicurist accommodated that for our full 1.5 hour session. So pack some music and headphones, go for the straight-​forward $ 10 manicure, and enjoy that free thai ice tea.
