My son has been seeing Dr. Caratao for many years. She is very professional and considerate. My son is dealing with a medical condition and she followed up with us by mail with clear instructions. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly… never a long wait on the telephone and they assist you with what is needed. As a patient, it is important to ask the right questions and she answers them all. Thank you

Dr Caratao is truly the best pediatrician in town! She has a very caring approach with our children every time we go in for a visit. Dr Caratao also makes it a point to listen to my questions and concerns, and offers sound advice. I can honestly say her passion & dedication to her profession makes every visit a comforting one for myself, my husbands, and my children!

We love Dr. Caratoa. Our adopted daughter has been seeing her since we brought her home at 13 months. Dr has taken special care and attention to her needs considering we had no family history. She takes her time with us and is genuinely concerned with the well being of our daugter.

I really liked Dr Caratao. My daughter was a patient for almost 2 years, and would still be, had the decision makers at the practice been more caring to their patients needs and concerns. (You can read my review of the practice)
Dr Caratao returned every phone call the same day I placed them. She never made me feel rushed and discussed my daughter’s health with me. I really felt she was a partner in my daughters care. She gave me all the information I needed to make informed medical decisions for my daughter, which is nice and I never felt pressure to make decisions she thought I should.
If Dr Caratao was not affiliated with Healthcare Partners, she would have 5 stars.
