Sports and Spine Orthopaedics provides the highest quality of care to all injuries of the musculoskeletalsystem.
Our group of physicians are Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and have completed their education and training at the top orthopaedic institutions in the world.
Our doctors specialize in current non-operative and operative techniques with the intent of obtaining a full recovery and satisfaction for all patients.
All our doctors attempt to treat all injuries non-operatively as a first line treatment. However, many problems cannot be solved without surgery and our doctors strive to thoroughly help each patient understand the details of their injury and why we may recommend surgery.

Peter B.
Business Owner
Peter S. Borden M.D. is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon and fellowship trained sports medicine specialist.
His expertise lies in the treatment of various musculoskeletal disorders and injuries with an emphasis on the shoulder, knee, elbow, and ankle.
Although his practice includes state-of-the-art care of fractures and orthopaedic trauma, his primary focus is on the treatment of injuries to ligaments, cartilage, tendons, and muscles. His true specialty lies in the surgical field of arthroscopy.
Dr. Peter Borden is considered by his orthopaedic colleagues as a true arthroscopic specialist.
His more recent training and continued involvement in clinical research, lectures, and surgical training of other orthopaedic surgeons provides an up to date practice incorporating the most recent non-surgical and surgical advances in the field orthopaedic sports medicine.
Dr. Borden has extensive experience in caring for sports related injuries at all levels of participation.
