Pick Up Stix

I think they were pretty good for fast food Chinese good. Got the Mongolian beef. Booked fresh and was served hot off the fire. Not sittings under heating lamps. Y was however really sweet. I know the sauces they use are kinda sweet but this was really sweet. Still enjoyed it doe. Maybe I was hungry. Will try them again

I love to go for lunch always clean and food is delicious my favorite is the pad thai with shrimp and fry rice is the best, Great Customer service by Kitty she is always nice and helpful .
Nice place to eat and fast service, definitely suggest you to visit them.

The service here is awesome and the employees are so friendly. I called in an order not knowing they weren’t open yet and they told me to come in anyway. Will be coming back often!

I haven’t been here in years. I mean years. So j decided to give it a try again since its been sooooo long. The food is ok but not worth me driving across town again to get it. The rice was hard and the chicken was kinda dry. Might need to ask for extra sauce. I had the chicken egg rolls which weren’t too bad. They are pretty big but the flavor is ok. Short story short it’s a whatever place

they made my special order and it was good.
The issue I have with puck up sticks is portion size compare to other similar restaurantes, also their Tofu size is huge and fill the small box up .
this Torrance location is clean, nice location good service.

Always good! Fast service with very polite staff. Food is always delicious! The firecracker tofu is delicious with the brown rice.
Suggestion – how about adding quinoa as an additional choice to white or brown rice??? Yummy

I have been coming to this location for many many years. The food is good and I do think you get what you pay for. However the customer service is another story. A young lady by the name of Nuvia I believe was very rude and seemed bothered. I had a couple of questions on some new items I saw on the menu. And she just seemed so bothered by everything she also got my order wrong as well. Please train and work on customer service skills.

Sorry, Im just not a Fan! Tried Pic up Stix many times! Shrimp fried rice, mongolian beef, chicken chow mein, lettuce wraps, smh. Thats just part of it! We ordered several times for work lunch and I truely just am unimpressed by the taste Period! Pic up Stix is on my list of NOT EVEN IF IT’S FREE LISTS– meaning that I won’t eat it even if someone else is paying for it!

Both girls working were completely oblivious to the fact that that they close at 9! Chairs on table and sweeping by my food (gross)! At 8:20. They were not accommodating or friendly, did not offer condiments (hello soy sauce??). this location sucks!

First time here… Ordering was easy. Glad that some pictures of the food was there. I was unsure what to get. Food came out hot and full of flavor. After a few minutes they checked on me to make sure everything was ok. It was!!! It was nice to see workers smiling and enjoying their job. Found out that the one I thought was the best employee was Brenda the manager. I am sure her love for the job gets picked up by the other employees. I will be back for sure.

Meh. I’ve had better. Ordered take put and it was probably as good as Panda Express and pick up stick used to be better quality

After a poor customer service experience at the Torrance location, the regional manager stepped in after complaining on the corporate website. He personally wanted to correct the experience and do everything in his power to make me happy.
I was truly impressed and delighted with that level of commitment from the company.

Used the online ordering system for dinner this evening. Picked up the order and brought it home only to discover the brown rice we ordered and fortune cookies were not in the bag… Started preparing the rest of the meal and the white rice that we ordered was leaking… the rice to go box had a defect in the bottom and was falling everywhere. Decided to eat my meal on the floor seeing it was just easier seeing the rice gravitated that way.
Now I see why they call it «Pick up» Styx. I know have to pick up the remaining rice on my floor.

Portions seem to continue to shrink to the point its really not worth the price. Staff is nice, actually rather accommodating when you order, but your here for food which seems to be on the decline. The kitchen staff must be paid a bonus to make as much noise as humanly possible with the woks, pots and pans because my God it gets so noisy back there to the point I cant really enjoy eating inside (they do have outdoor seating). I get the illusion trying to be created that noise = busy = good, for for me, noise = advil afterwards.

Ive been to several different locations and this is the first one that the food disappointed. I ordered sweet n sour chicken and it has a smokey taste like if it was cooked with burnt food. Never going back. Two starts to compensate for good/​quick service and cleanliness

I stopped in for lunch. I was greeted by Brenda R. She had a nice smile and welcomed me in. She took my name and order. Afterwards she told me it would be just a few minutes. It was about less than 5 minutes. I had gotten my food to go, but I planned on eating a little first. When Brenda called my name to get my food o asked for a plate and explained that I was going to eat a little. She then unpacked my food onto a tray, added a plate, napkin, and fork and walked it over to a table for me. She could have been like most people and just handed me a plate, but she took time in giving me customer service.

I’m a First Timer! This location is next door to a Wingstop. While waiting for my Wing order, i popped in the here to see if they offered a little side salad or something. I saw no small salads, but i did notice on the appetizer menu that there were chicken & mushroom lettuce wraps. Hmm, Ding ding ding and fifteen minutes later my order was up.
The service was kinda slow for the lunch time crowd in my opinion. I waited a good 7 or 8 min before being helped, plus another 15 min waiting for my lettuce! No bueno for the lunch time hour. Service was friendly but not «going the extra mile friendly». My few questions about the dish seemed to annoy the cashier. Maybe i should of started off by saying «hello,» im a first time customer so please don’t get an attitude if i ask a question YOU think i should already know!”.. but. i just proceeded to order and wait.
So, i get back to work and nibble on a few wings, and get right into the wraps.
… tick… tock…tick… tock… tick …tock…tick… tock…
Gulp!. I finally came up for air! The wings made it to the Refrigerator for tomorrows snack. The wraps. well,… lets just say I bit my finger a couple times while trying to shovel this deliciousness down my pie whole! O.M.G! what have i been missing! The proportion is a meal in itself. Well, needless to say I will be going back. And… Often! I’m not even interested in trying anything else on the menu right now. I just want a fling with the wraps for a while. Store clean, average prices. Convenient location! … Done!

I always enjoy my food here. The house chicken is usually what I get because you can’t find chicken with that flavor anywhere else. Sweet and savory… just delicious. The service at this location is usually good and there is never a long wait in line if there is a line at all. If you’re in the area and have never been and have a hankering for good Chinese, you should definitely stop on in. I wish there was one closer to my apartment

The food is flavorful here. But last time I went they didn’t have the cilantro lime dressing that I like. One thing that I would recommend is the house special beef or chicken. It’s got this sweet brown sauce that’s good over steamed rice.
