Not impressed by this place at all. Got here early for my appointment, only to have me still waiting for an hour to be seen. There’s only one lady working the front AND the back. If there’s a lot of early morning appointments, shouldn’t there be more people helping out to help make this process quick and smooth sailing?
Props to the lady working all the positions though. Just sucks because there’s so many of us waiting and she only has two hands.

Very rude people working here.
First of all they told me the wait time was 30min… That could have been further from the truth. There were no seats available to sit the whole wait and I am pregnant! I ended up having to sit in the hallway outside of the door. We ended up leaving after an hour and a half of waiting.

I have been here three times in the past. Every Time I come here, waiting time is at least 30 mins to 1 hour. I don’t know how it takes so long. Other lab I went right before here took 15 min for whole appointment. In addition to long wait, it’s freezing cold in here all the time! Don’t forget to bring your jerker with you!

Love this lab. I have been going to several others during the course of my chemotherapy and radiation treatments. They are professional, timely and have very good techs who can get even the hardest veins.(i.e mine). I am a registered nurse so I can be very critical. I would not go anywhere else… 5 stars for you!!!

Great it could of been that I was having good luck but I was in and out in less than 5 min. with an appointment. The blood drawn was quick and painless. The building is across marry little clinic.

I walked into this location with an appointment and because the person behind the counter saw labcorp paperwork (which my doctor said I could make an appointment at either quest or lab corp per my preference) he sent me to another floor to Labcorp. There was no one in the waiting room and my insurance allows me to go to either! I had a receipt via email confirmation and they still said I was in the wrong place. Labcorp was not busy and the woman assisting was very nice and got me in very quickly, so much nicer. Avoid this Quest location, go to Labcorp in the same building!

Came with an appointment and it worked! I only had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment. This is my second time at this location and the first time was a breeze. I walked in and out.
They validate an hour parking. Don’t expect happy friendly employees, of all the signs they have posted they should have one on smiling.

I came in for lab work and staff were very professional and courteous. Visit is very quick and efficient if one has an appointment which I really recommend for those that don’t have enough time in their hands. Overall, I give this location two thumbs up!!! :)

Given 1: used before, no problems. Walked in, waited upon promptly. Deserves no stars! Came day before: same situation, but due to time constraints, waited over ½ hr. Next day, altho’ no appt, waited over an hr in a fullly-​crowded, small waiting room. Asked, how long? Did not even ask, or checked, where we were on the list (second), said 1 — 1 ½ hrs. Told them, already waited over an hr. Given unprofessional reply, «It is, what it is.» Better customer service in a restaurant! All customer surveys gone. No wonder! Left and went to Madison offc as walk-​in: 2xs waiting area, 2 people ahead; wait time: less than 10 mins; free parking.

i come here 3 to 4 times a year to draw blood for my doctor. This place opens at 8am. A few things to remember first remember to validate your parking ticket and two if you can get there before 8am and line up at the door, there are times that you get there early and you’re the first in line and sometimes you can be the 5th or 10th in line. The process there is pretty simple sign in wait for them to call your name just have all your paper work and insurance card ready when they call you the process goes faster. Just remember it’s first come first serve so be prepared to spend anywhere from 20 mins to hour.

Go to the one on Madison instead this one takes forever and a lot of new staff who don’t know what to do. Calling doctors on your behalf and asking them questions when you already answered them. Is that like a power trip or something. I waited 3 hours for a 5 min blood draw
