Wow. I didn’t know I was ordering a nine course meal. Make sure to bring a hearty appetite! The dishes are incredibly creative, unlike any previous Japanese cuisine I’ve before.
You really must try the chicken leg ice cream soup. If you ask the server will garnish with oodles of whole fruit. Skin and all.

The chef/​owner is always friendly, and is very generous with his servings and portions — often giving you more than you order. Sometimes you may not get what you ordered, but there’s always something cooking in the microwave, that he’s willing to share with you. He loves to watch you eating his creations, and is the first to say Kampai!

Chef is easily distracted. Food is often on the floor, but is always served with hugs and kisses. Server (looks like the father of the cook) keeps the place running smoothly.
