Rey is a good man. He just wants to do a good job and keep his lights on. He doesnt do it to get rich. I highly recommend this business!!!

Got used tires. Never buy used tires unless you first look at them and know what to look out for, especially not from this place. Once installed, the frame of my 2014 Hyundai was cracked in the process.

Stay away from this place. The gentleman who runs this establishment is a con artist. I called in to ask prices on tires and received a quote. I went in 30 minutes later based on that quote and the gentleman increased the price by 20%, even after I told him that he quoted me a different, lower price. He would not budge. He wouldn’t even explain why there was a change in price. Unfortunately I obliged and purchased the tire. To complicate matters, I now find myself putting air in the same tire, every week. Not only did I get cheated, I got cheated on a bad tire.
Do yourself a favor a stay away from this establishment, if you value honesty, integrity and your money. I wonder if they are even licensed or bonded.

Go next door! There’s another tire shop there and they are much cheaper and treat their customers like they matter. Stay away from this place! Went yesterday to get my tire patched and they rushed the job, the worst part about it is that when I got home, the tire was flat again! The guy NEVER put the tire in water to check for other leaks, he just saw a nail and assumed it was 1 leak! Next door they charged me $ 10.00 and this lazy jerk charged me $ 20.00 for a lazy job; I even asked him to check all the tires and he lied to me and said he did, he never checked them because I was watching him!
This is why I’m so upset, I called and the guy was unconcerned and treated this like «oh well too bad» and he told me «we are not responsible, get a tow truck and you have to pay again!» Customers obviously don’t matter here! I called today and this idiot tells me he’s not responsible because they don’t guarantee tire patches! So what did I pay your incompetent ass for? I’ve had tire patches done many times and this has never happened!

Don’t call and expect an honest rate this dudes a con artist. I was in desperate need of an used tire he gave me a cheap price over the phone to lower me in and when my boyfriend for there he went up an extra $ 25

This is a very awesome place. The owner is a very good guy who was very helpful to me. I had two blown out tires and I wanted him to unmounted the rims into a set of new tires that I bought. When he noticed that one of my rims was a bit bent, he went ahead of fixed it: D He and his employee was quick and very professional :) I will definitely be back when I need tire services. Thanks a lot!

pretty happy with this place. Filling your tire every three days gets old fast, and the tire was bald anyway. my truck has 16 inch wheels, so I went to Rey’s tires, because he sells new And used. the installer said he wasn’t sure they had my size, so we went into the back to look. right away I noticed that every tire has been cleaned with armor all to make it look good.(whatever) The tire I bought DID have a lot of tread left, and I suspect that at the used tire wholesalers, Rey must choose only the tires he likes, or at least the ones his customers will want to buy. they had one tire left in my size, so I bought it. 75 bucks out the door. it’s on the north side of Torrance Boulevard, half a block east of Normandie. it has a tall blue wrought iron fence. buy your tires here! I recommend it.

I am the one who like to help mom & dad business, not huge corporation walmart or costco that the owner already Billionaire, even though sometimes they have compelling deal.
I want to install 2 tires of my van. I remember this tire store, caused I used to live close to that area. Now I live around LAX so a bit driving, I went there and asked him the price to install and balance 2 tires. He said $ 30 if I trashed the old myself, $ 35 if he trashed the old. So I agreed $ 30, I would trash the old tires myself. Then he did the work, he was very fast and professional.
Then it’s time to pay apparently I only have $ 22 cash in my wallet, so I told him to go to atm/​store next door to get more cash, he said it’s ok, $ 22 was enough. Even he also trashed the old for free. So 2 thumbs up for this guy. thanks. So I feel so happy for supporting small business and the same time got amazing deal.

you have to walk in back to get their attention but this kind man gave me some unuseable tires for me to use as planters in my garden. he did not have to do that. I so appreciate his kindness that I want to share what he did for me. I know he will be blessed for his kindness. I saw the idea on pinterest and he did not have to help me in any way but he did. anyone who would do that would help his actual customers.

I think I got conned. They showed me a damaged tire when they said they couldn’t fix the leak. Now I don’t think it was the same tire they took off the car. Of course they could only sell me a new tire. They would only take cash and wouldn’t give me a receipt. Going to report them for tax fraud at the least.

I had a blow out on a really old tire for my Honda civic. I pulled up the guy said it would be $ 35 out the door. Whole visit took ten min. I wish everything in life was that easy. Thanks guys for the super fast amazing service :)

2^nd time customer at this place… Great tire prices, quick service, and friendly staffs. Cant complain, i’ve never had any issue with the tires they use for my car.

These guys were honest and true. They did a great job patching up my tire and it only cost me $ 14 bucks. little mom and pop tire shop but they were really friendly and great services thank you i will be coming here again.

Seems like I got a good deal.
The tire I was looking for cost about $ 130 for a decent brand name +$ 20 installation if I were to buy it new.
I had never bought a used tire before so I was hesitant and read up on the amount of tread that is acceptable. You need at LEAST ²⁄₃₂^nd for dry conditions, 6/​32nds for snow. They quoted me a price of $ 55 for Michelin tire plus installation! I was worried about how much life it had left…
When I got there they let use use a tread gauge to see how much was left. There were around 8 to 10/​32nds left everywhere I measured! This tire is going to be a spare in the back of my Jeep so I felt no need to buy a tire I hope to never use. Tire had been cleaned and looked brand spanking new.
They removed the old and installed the new in about 15min. Once inflated they put the tire in soapy water to check for leaks which there were none. (FYI, no refunds on used tires)
As long as the tire lasts which I see no reason why not then I am a very happy camper!

I give this place a thumbs up. Honest and true to their service! Used tires are usually a hit or miss kind of thing but this place stands out to be different from other used tire shops. If you are on the budget, then you just found a good place for your money. I got two used Yokohama tires for my family van and its been great, just had to go to a different place to have them balanced which was not a problem for me. Again, great price and good service.

The shop is an old store. They work out of both store fronts. Not your normal tire shop.
On the grungy side, but what the heck. Your buying tires.
The money you save is a lot. They have good equipment to do the job right. So save a lot of money and get your tires here.

I had been pricing new tires for a couple of weeks at the so-​called «discount» tire stores. I was at my wits end until I decided to see where the smart folks on Unilocal shop for tires and thank you all for steering me towards Rey’s.
SOOOOOO glad I found this place, got a set of sweet, BRAND NEW, size 16 tires for, you ready for this; 348.00 out the door and installed. I nearly cried. I almost want my tires to wear out quickly so I can go back and get another deal (ok, not really)!!!
They seem to specialize in used tires (my new tires had to be brought in from a warehouse) and if I ever need some I will definitely hit this place up, but at such amazing prices, why not just get a new set?
Primadonnas may have a few things to complain about but not people that don’t need their asses kissed, like a good deal and dont want to be hassled by an up-​sell at every turn. This place is no frills but full of hard working, honest people.
