UNLIKE ANY OTHER. I don’t know what I was doing with my life before this place opened near my house. Everything is amazing, and the quality is unrivaled. I am here on average 4 – 5 times per week (I kid you not). I usually have either the Encore Acai Bowl or the Drum Roll Acai Bowl (famous, and for good reason). I love my acai bowls, but I’m spoiled because of this place – no other bowl compares. I’ve also had a couple of their smoothies and they are also amazing (the Groupie is my fav). Try it; you will not be disappointed!!!

Hello! I spent the day working in my vegetable garden from 9 am to about 2pm and I was tired, hot, and hungry when my husband and I discovered that we needed more bamboo stakes for our tomato plants. So off my devoted hubby went to Ace Hardware in San Pedro, and not only did he find the stakes we needed but stopped by ROCK N’ JUICE on 25^th and Western.
Boy was I happily surprised when he handed me the DrumRoll acai bowl from Rock N’ Juice. I had been wanting to try this new juice shop in our neighborhood and all I can say, is I should have tried it sooner. The acai bowl was phenomenal. The perfect consistency, great flavor, not overly sweet, with the most delicious crunchy granola on top and bottom. I had a small and it was the perfect lumch portion. So much better than any other acai bowl place I’ve tried in the whole entire state of California. And that is not an exaggeration!
Yes, I love these bowls so much and am thrilled, thrilled, thrilled that Rock n’ Juice has come to San Pedro. This Pedran approves!!! Can’t wait to try more items off their menu.

My sister brought me here a few weekends ago to try acai bowls. Wholly moly I’m in love!
She likes Beach Bowls better, but I like that they are super friendly (even at 7am) and they have multiple sizes. The small fills me up. My only complaint was that I needed to take my bowl today and it was filled to the brim! The lid wouldn’t fit! Next time I’ll order it in a bigger cup!

Though it’s a little hard to find them on the busy Sepulveda/​PCH street, they are worth hunting for. I personally preferred their flavor a to other juice chains because everything tastes fresher. My kids liked the flavors but we’re not ready for the larger greenjuice shots — though I loved that they offer a strawberry to eat after doing the shot.
Our Three-​thumb review was 2 ½ thumbs up. I loved the flavors (mine had cayenne!) and the staff were super friendly. My teen son loved the smoothie and the extra snacks (I think it was like little balls of granola with a choc drizzle) that they had for sale. My daughter was a little thrown that it tasted like real fruits and wheatgrass (but I’d say that’s not a bad thing)!

Power Cord and Drum Roll appear to be the popular choices, but you really can’t go wrong with the smoothies either.
Shots: I preferred the TwistnShot (tastier and smoother) than the Fireball; the latter gave me a slight tummy ache. But if you’re up for a bang with spicy thrills, go for it!
I personally haven’t tried texting in my orders yet but it sounds cool. The service was much better from my second visit as well – lots of smiling faces.

Absolutely love this place. Not just for their food, but their service! Like always I text my order in, it was pretty cool because they were able to reply back and ask me if I wanted honey on my bowl. This time I ordered the drumroll! I gave the PB in my bowls a rest for a while, but I still like the most simple açaí bowls. I walked in, Aiden and Vula were both there! My favorite people! Vula handed me a shot of some deliciousness! I told her I was sick, and she said it should help me. I sure hope so!
I just love the service. That’s what keeps me coming along with their juice! If Vula hands you her special shot, be careful! ;) it burns! Haha

This place is awesome! Only tried acai bowls this trip… drumroll, power cord and funk were all good. Also got the fireball shot… WOW!
All I can say is I will be back. I’m trying juice on my next visit.

The owners here are the sweetest ladies ever. One of them just moved here from Greece and when she found out I was planning a trip here she spent so much time giving me the run down on all of the islands and what to do. She went the extra mile even though it was busy!
She also helped me pick the perfect smoothie, she’s so patient and helpful and also hilarious!
The smoothie was also DELICIOUS and filling. Love this place and the environment is so great, everyones like one big family!

Was I glad to start my Tuesday morning with my lovelies! We decided to pick up acai bowls before our hike in PV & checked-​in for our free shots!
Our visit was splendid, all thanks to the beautiful, Ms. Sunnie! Her customer service was top notch, she was super friendly and had a great smile.
It was my girlfriends’ first time and Sunnie suggested great choices all around. For the shots, she expressed how she personally takes the Shotgun daily and that the Twist n’ Shot was the best tasting out of all of them. Definitely be prepared for these shots, they’re no joke! Sunnie was so sweet to give each of us a strawberry as a chaser. And they’re super sweet strawberries too. Thanks, girl!
As for the acai bowls, I’ve had the Drum Roll before so I went for the Power Cord this time around. I added almond butter with the blend and coconut flakes for a topping. Super good! She explained that if I were to get Drum Roll (which already comes with PB for the blend), I can sub almond butter, free of charge.
Her recommendations are much appreciated. I’ve been here once before and the service was already a ⁵⁄₅ but hers was beyond exceptional.

I got the «shotgun» shot, which is apple cider vinegar & ginger (helps with digestion).
** WARNING for the shotgun shot: expect an acidy taste!!! That vinegar will hit your stomach fast within seconds! The shot is somewhat harsh but my tummy was feelin’ it! (I guess they were right with the digestion thing, huh?) I just wish they gave me a chaser or something! lol
Anyways, back to my review… This review is mostly dedicated to their ACAI BOWLS, specifically the «DRUM ROLL» acai bowl.

I ordered a Drum Roll in medium & I was FULL! I should’ve ordered a small!

Getting your money’s worth for sure!
The Drum Roll acai bowl itself has peanut butter & raw cacao blended in. then topped with bananas, strawberries, granola & honey, and then more granola hidden in the bottom! DELCIOUS. The quality is there! The perfect amount of toppings. The consistency of the acai is very soft, smooth and CREAMY!!! (See my picture below the review) So good!!!
** The ONLY thing I wish it had was more peanut butter in the acai, because I wanted it a little sweeter with that nutty taste!
Other than that, that’s all! I heard they are expanding for more stores, so I’m excited for that! :)

Ahhh finally a juice place in the South Bay. I used to get my juice at whole foods but this is my new go to. My favorite drink here is the «Rehab.» The pear really sweetens the juice and makes the greens much more palatable. For any one who doesn’t like the taste of greens in their juice, I recommend this one.
Service has always been wonderful and I’m excited to try their acai bowls one day.

I juice everyday at home but come by here pretty often for their Symphony acai bowl and Harmony green juice.

Yayy another acai bowl place here in the Southbay. Now this place may be my spot to go to when I’m in south Torrance craving for an acai bowl but don’t really want to deal with parking on PCH.
My only flavored acai bowl that I like are chocolate and peanut butter flavored. Therefore it was easy for me to choose the «Drum Roll». Where they blended strawberries and I think banana into the acai along with coconut water and cocoa. Topped with strawberries, banana, granola (plenty) and honey. I don’t think they add any sweeteners to the acai blend but that I will have to ask next time and maybe just one layer of granola. It was mighty delicious and creamy.
They also have juices, smoothies, and juice cleanses available.
The price, about the same as other local acai and juice places.

Rock’n Juice is the new smoothie/​acai bowl joint at Hawthorne and PCH (next to Orange Theory Fitness). The gym is popular, so this little lot is frequently full. I lucked out when I got a spot right by the door. It is really just a juice bar — an order counter and a bench. I met a friend, and we sat on a concrete bench in the sun outside, but there are not many places to sit. It is a cute place, and the staff is very friendly (and patient with questions). Awesome!
I checked in with Unilocal,so I had a free shot. I picked Balance — lemon, maca powder, cinnamon and turmeric. I would have been sad had I paid $ 2.50 for this — the maca powder wasn’t even dissolved, so it was pretty offputting. C’est la vie — it was free.
I ordered the 32 oz. Symphony Bowl ($ 9). Delicious!!! Frozen acai purée is blended with lemon, a little too much powdered ginger (fresh ginger would be better IMO), blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, banana and coconut water. Then, the container has a layer of granola on the bottom and top and is finished with sliced bananas and strawberries. YUM! It was so delicious and refreshing.
I really liked this place and look forward to coming back. The staff is great, and the product is generally wonderful — they just need to work on incorporating those powders a bit. Next time, I will try the Stage.

Rock n Juice doesn’t skimp you on the granola nor the customer service. The girl that helped me out designed the menu and she’s a nutritionist!

New place right down my house, so what am I going to do? Try it! I walk in and tried some smoothie with cocoa nibs, though I will probably get an acai bowl to try next time. Friendly people in a small space, where you order to go. I even got complimented on my sweater which was a nice thing.
Bottom line: healthy drinks that are affordable and delicious!

So far so solid. Didn’t want to jump to any reviewing until I have tried an acai bowl, a smoothie, and a juice on separate occasions. Each and every visit has been a splendid one. The service looks like they actually like their job. Not only that, everyone seems so… pleased to be there. It rubs off really well for anyone coming in to try their drinks. Parking should not be hard since it has its own lot shared with other businesses. Now on to the acai bowl.
I am a HUGE critic of acai bowls, and I have tried dozens of different kinds of acai bowl locations (view my list of top acai bowl locations to find out more). For Rock’n Juice, the most noticeable difference is how much thicker their acai base is. It might be blended with more banana and a little less frozen strawberries or other fruits but it works. Something like this will last wonderfully, especially on a hot summer’s day. You still have your sliced bananas, strawberries, and honey on top. Now the smaller portion MIGHT be a tiny bit smaller than some competition out here however the thickness of the base makes up for it. Overall, once you get use to the thickness, the flavors and the balance between the blends and toppings works well together.
The juices and smoothies? Very good, especially G Mamba. If you can grab a sneak peak behind the counter, you see the vegetables in a nice pile right before being blended. It is extremely rewarding to see these bundles of fruits or veggies before indulging in them. Again, more nutrition for your system, go for juices. For something more treat like, have a smoothie.
I have visited this place 4 times already and I plan on visiting again very soon. TIP: Leave your number to earn points for visiting if you decide to become a regular. Also, they plan on having food for purchase soon. Can’t wait for that. For a new place, thanks for not dropping the ball on acai bowls. Looking forward to enjoying another awesome healthy treat.

I’ve been wanting to come here just to try their acai bowl!
Located along busy pch in the new Chhabria plaza right across from pieology, rocknjuice is a good addition to the plaza. It’s right next to orange theory as well.
They have two sizes for the acai bowl. Small and large. I’ve tried the funk and the encore acai bowl and both were really good.
They don’t skimp on the granola or the fruit toppings. Their bowls are on the sweeter side and they’re great.
They have seasonal flavors for the smoothies listed on a chalk board to the left upon entering the establishment.
They also offer juice cleanse packages. They are listed to the right of the registers.
The owner is very friendly and provides samples of new flavors. She creates unique flavor and they are really good.
It is 9 $ for the 32oz acai bowl.
