So only months after the repaving, it looked like the striping and numbers were fading so we called Sanchez to ask about it. They told us that it needed to be sealed and said that the cost was included in the original price we were quoted. So we arranged for them to come back out and finish the job.
A week later we get an invoice for $ 1,275.00! When we asked why, we were told that they NEVER told us that the cost was included in the original $ 5,990.00 we paid.
When we asked about the fading, we were told that it was only sand. So why tell us it needed to be resealed??? We could have just swept the lot ourselves if that were the case but Rudy told us it had to be resealed.
Watch out… clearly these people are just rip-​off artists!

I had them asphalt a parking lot, stripe it and add handicap parking. They gave a great price and worked quickly. They also provided me with good customer service and follow up. I would definitely recommend them.
